Our stay at the cottage was absolutely wonderful! The cozy fire created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location itself is breathtaking, with stunning scenery and a serene environment. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cosy getaway!

Delightfully clean inside, very well cared for and maintained with everything you could need. Very well stocked kitchen with all utensils washing up liquid, tea towels etc. Soft bath towels, very comfortable bed and linen. Outside, a clean and private patio area, with a mix of sun and shade and sheltered from wind. At the front, well maintained lawn, ideal for sunbathing on the hotter days! All in all, 10/10. We had a lovely stay at the Annex and would thoroughly recommend. The Annex is spacious, clean, well equipped and very private. Judith was so friendly and welcoming. She baked us some homemade bread which was amazing and knew we were coming with our dog so left some treats, a dog bed and a water bowl out for us which was such a nice touch. The Annex itself is located just outside of Okehampton and has all the shops etc. you need and we had some wonderful long walks in Dartmoor national park. The only downside was it was too hot to use the log burner so we’ll definitely be back during the colder months!

Superb place for a quiet getaway. Although it’s an annex at the end of the house grounds, you feel so secluded. The property was very clean with peaceful surroundings.
