Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay was very nice, first of all with a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and giving us good tips for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for another stay.

Dominique's place is exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a couple of his grapefruits in a basket were a great welcome. The attention to detail and quality workmanship on the entire residence with everything in perfect working order. We wanted for nothing and spotless. Dominique is one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He met us, explained and showed us everything, including paths to the town. You'll understand the importance of that when you go. He was then very respectful of our space for the next 4 days but kicked back into his exuberant and energetic personality to help us depart. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our France trip. Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

Excellent stay, Enrico and Niki are very welcoming and offer plenty of beautiful walks. We arrived several hours early and that was no problem. The accommodation is very quiet, good location and exceptional views. Thank you so much to our hosts!

We had a very nice time in Laurence's apartment, who welcomed us in a very friendly way. The house has a great location above Menton, the city center is 20 minutes walking distance. The road is narrow and steep, but easy to manage. The absolute highlight is the huge terrace, the view is simply breathtaking. The apartment itself is rather small, but equipped with everything you might need.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s apartment. She was very friendly and welcoming. Showed us around the place and explained everything. We stayed in Menton during the Monaco Grand Prix, and the location was perfect for going to Monaco every day, because the train station is 10 minutes away on foot. There’s Aldi nearby, and the building has an elevator. The bed was very comfortable, and the flat well equipped. We’d be happy to come back!

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely would return again! Beautiful and well thought out apartment, perfect location, and extremely helpful and responsive host. Close to the town center and also close to Nice and Eze and many other day trip opportunities within only a short drive. The views from the apartment were simply stunning! We would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the south of France. Gated parking also available if you have a car! Can’t recommend it enough!

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation, no complaints and the view is magnificent! Small clarification, a train passes underneath and passes regularly during the day, this generates a little noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend Rafaella!😊

Nice, well-appointed and clean studio with terrace and absolutely amazing sea view! A panorama that you never get tired of over the days. Walking access to Cap Martin, Monaco, beach by customs trail (also accessible by bus) A few good restaurants in the old village. Nadine, our host, welcoming and friendly. It immediately felt good. Looking forward to returning.

Kerstin was a lovely host - very communicative leading up to our stay. Anna, the manager who checked us in was very accommodating. We arrived a little early and she was able to allow us an early check in. The apartment itself is on the smaller side but charming, and right on Promenade d'Anglais with a lovely ground level garden and a perfect view of the water. The building was secure and we felt very safe. I don't recommend having a car at this location as street parking is necessary but it is very close to the center of Nice and walking distance or a short Uber from most places. Recommend!

Sandrine is an exceptional host, very helpful, kind and warm. The apartment is very well located, peaceful, clean, with all the comforts you can imagine. We will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this place. 😊

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay here! Rebecca was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. She met us outside when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. The rental was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great for quick meals, and she even stocked it with coffee pods, tea, drinks, and snacks—it felt like home! The patio was our favorite spot with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. We had a private parking space (just be careful pulling out as the road is busy). The location was perfect—Nice was 10–15 minutes away, and we visited Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton, and even popped into Italy for a drink! We highly recommend the e-bike tour with Juan from Bike and Wine E-bike Tours Nice—biking to the Bellet wine region with a wine tasting was unforgettable. Don’t miss the Old Town Nice outdoor market and a cocktail/meal at Château Èze, the view is gorgeous. Perfect for couples, we’d absolutely stay here again!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

It is a near-perfect accommodation for those traveling by car in the southern region of France. Monaco, Nice, and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are all within an hour's drive. The moment I entered the accommodation, I decided to pay 40 euros right away because it was so clean that I couldn't clean it myself when I checked out. The host responds kindly right away.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!
