The traditionally and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment house, in a quiet forest location of the holiday resort Sonnenalm. Magnificent view from the living room and covered balcony (south side) of the mountains and the valley. Shared washing machine and dryer in the house. Linen package (bed linen and towels) on request €8.50 per person. Tourist tax €3.50 per person/night. Ideal for peace seekers, hikers, skiers, excursionists and the small family.

Sunny lakefront apartment for 2-4.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request!

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

An architect chalet for four people completely made of wood with plenty of space for cozy get-togethers and privacy, lovingly furnished with an eye for the essential and the beautiful. Located in Thörl near Bad Mitterndorf in the Styrian Salzkammergut, surrounded by mountains and lakes in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria. Enjoy the special atmosphere of an ecological wooden house, the comfortable space and the great view of the imposing Grimming.

The cozily furnished 2-person apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-story house including an elevator. Magnificent views of the high valley and the Grimming. The living-bedroom is equipped with a dining area, pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 160 × 200) and a chest of drawers with flat-screen TV (SAT). Free Wi-Fi is available in the cozy lobby at all times. The anteroom is furnished with a large wall cabinet that offers plenty of storage space.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
