With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there's always something exciting to discover. With Mälaren's glittering water just a short walk away, it's easy to attract a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the main city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both the grocery store and a lovely pastry shop you are happy to stay a little longer.

Living room with a 40 inch SmartTV, fast WiFi (Netflix) and bedroom (kingsize bed) with a TV. In the big bright living room there are 2 couches and a big table. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The building has an elevator. French balcony from the living room.

Nature reserve around the corner with great trails. 20 car minutes or 45 enjoyable boat minutes from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing Koviksudde, then about 10 minutes walk. Bike rental nearby! NOTE: The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!

A 22-33 sqm Double studio with a queen size bed suitable for up to two people. The room is beautifully designed with a functional kitchenette with various kitchen tools and utensils for all of your cooking needs. The kitchenette also has a fridge, freezer, microwave and stove to complete your stay. The desk and dining area will let you comfortably stay for longer and short term periods. All our apartments have a television and free access to Wi-Fi. Feel at home and stay easy.
