Monthly Rentals in Smythes Creek

We stayed at Tom's place while visiting Ballarat with another family, 8 people in total, 4 adults, 4 children. The house was large enough for everyone, with spacious kitchen and living/dining room. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. A bit further from town centre than we had initially considered, but not inconvenient. Proximity to local playground was a bonus.

Lydia's place was great. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. It has everything you need and more. Second time we have stayed here, and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cottage, just outside of town. Had everything we needed. Rob was a very responsive host and flexible, enabling us to quickly make changes to booking to add a guest and late checkout. Will definitely return if we're in the area again.
