Family-friendly vacation rentals in Smržovka

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a great stay at Rony Villa, the garden and surroundings are very nice. The house has a great spirit. It was great to be able to use the barrel sauna and bathe under the stars at night. We would have loved a covered way to sit outside. Thank you for the wonderful time and good service.

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

It shows that this place has been working for a long time, but at least the interior is in great condition and there is no major wear and tear from the outside. Plus, maintenance is evidently being worked on (fixed support beams). In front of the accommodation there is a grill and a fire pit, we just couldn't find pepo and matches in the shed, fortunately the last three were in the back of the stove. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are just for you. The base is located about 100m from the accommodation in the adjacent house, where there are other people, with whom you may only share a sauna and a hot tub (if you don't talk private).

Good place for 8 people

We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

What a wonderful place and rare accommodation. Very quiet location in beautiful surroundings. We were able to enjoy a week and would prefer to stay another week longer. We were with 2 families with children aged 13, 14 and 15. Children had a great time: making campfire, chopping wood, exploring nature and abandoned houses viewed. Exciting adventures polite. Trip to Prague done- it's 2 hours away from the house. Every day it is possible to order warm fresh bread. Wonderful. Sauna is great too. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee and the book on the beautiful veranda where birds visit. Curious blackbird regularly knocked on the disaster. We will definitely not forget this week.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, sufficient for 5 people. Close to shop, cafe and restaurant. Minutes by car there are a lot of ski lifts . We loved it, we'd love to come back.Thank you

Spotlessly clean, all the amenities that we expected. Friendly, accomodating.

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. The rooms are so lovingly designed, you feel comfortable all around:) See you soon!!

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

Thank you so much for staying with Antoni again! We really love coming back to this home – it has an amazing vibe, with a fireplace that gives it a warm and homely feel. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, clean linens, towels, everything you need to feel at home. Plus a great BBQ shed! Sboboba nad Upa has very good bus connections that will easily take you to wonderful trails. There is also a bar, shop, and restaurant nearby. Contacting Anton is always very kind and helpful. The place has an excellent location, basically around the corner is the main entrance to the Prachov rocks. We really liked the garden, although it is shared with the other smaller cabin, it is big enough and the barbecue area has every chalet it. Great outdoor seating. Great communication with the owners. Thank you so much for having a great days.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

The house is wonderfully quiet and very comfortably equipped. Five of us spent a very cozy week there, cooked, chilled and tried the available excursion tips. The house was very clean. Access through the neighbors worked out very well. Communication with Kathrin was very nice and above all immediately. We can recommend the area and especially the house without hesitation.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

Just great! Libor and his wife are very pleasant people and super nice! Everything with Libor is straightforward and he shows you everything you're interested in. We were there with our children and enjoyed it very much. The pool is good and easy to use, the animals are super child-friendly, whether at the accommodation itself or nearby, there is plenty to experience. The apartment itself has its own entrance and is super private. The garden and the property are shared and managed and maintained by Libor and his wife. It's just nice because you learn a lot about the animals and always have help when you need something. There were goats to feed and cuddle, cats to pet and a cozy farm dog that you just have to love. In addition, freshly hatched goslings to marvel at and a few other animals. A really enriching time and highly recommended! We could have stayed one more week.
