Monthly Rentals in Smith Cove

Stayed here for a couple months. Really nicely done basement conversion. The unit is in the back half of the house so there’s no street noise. Also there is a fantastic view of the sound across the street and a great coffee shop within walking distance. The 1 bus line is one block away which makes getting downtown a breeze. Only possible downside for some is that this is an older building with another unit above you so you will sometimes hear footsteps.

Highly recommend for anyone’s stay in the Seattle area. The host has a beautiful place offering conveniences of home and more.

Thanks for the great stay, David. We really enjoyed the little cottage and lovely deck area for lounging in the heat amongst the trees. Quiet spot, great host, great coffee and ice cream around the corner. Perfect for visiting family in the neighborhood.

Beautiful basement apartment with lots of space. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Free street parking available - never hard to find a close spot. Quick, easy access to downtown Seattle. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the city and the sound.
