Gated property surrounded mostly by Waurika Lake. Pond, Propane Fire Pit, Gas Grill, Large Shop Area with Television, Outdoor Shower, Coffee Maker, Blender, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher & more. All bathrooms stocked with natural & organic Soap, Lotion, Shampoo & Conditioner. It’s a great place for gathering with friends or family. Plenty of parking. No pets allowed. 5 bedrooms located upstairs. 1 nook with queen bed located at first stair landing. Queen Murphy bed downstairs.

The space
Sleeps 14. (7 Queens) All beds are UPSTAIRS except for the Murphy Bed located in the Living Room.
2 refrigerators. 2 Televisions. Large Tables with Seating inside Shop Area. Picnic table at Lake.

Other things to note
Side by Sides, ATV’s and Vehicles are not permitted on Lake Land. (Land past the fenced area.) Can be ticketed if caught. Swimming and Fishing is allowed, however bring Swim Shoes as it is very rocky. Red Mud at Waurika Lake is clay like and it stains. Do not wear or bring anything with mud into the home. Utilize our outdoor shower and water hose to clean yourself, shoes, clothes, swimsuits, belongings, items, etc.

NO ATV Riding.
NO ATV or Vehicles on Lake Land (past fence)
NO FOOD or DRINK Upstairs or on the Couch.

NO Tabs off of Cans.
NO Trash Anywhere Whatsoever.

In the evening, Flying Insects will make their way into the house through exterior doors opening and closing; from there they will travel to LIGHT. TIP: To keep flying insects out of your bedroom, keep the Lights Off in the Bedrooms and Doors to the Bedrooms Closed until time to occupy the room.

There are plenty of plug ins in each room and throughout the house for your use, so please leave our Pest Plugs plugged in and lit up.

If you Use the Grill, Clean the Grill.

The Custom Made Wooden Cutting board is NOT dish washer safe.

Please Wash and Put Away any and all Dishes.

Do Not Lock the Automatic Garage Door.

If you use or move something, please put it back exactly where you got it. Please do not rearrange or change where we have things put.

We count our towels, pillows, and linens each stay, so please do not take any of them.

CHILDREN: If children are staying, please know their whereabouts and what they are doing. We’ve had our flagstone moved, river rocks thrown to different areas, plumbing valves pulled, bug spray for the body sprayed on walls and ceilings, paint missing off of walls. Please make sure that your children respect the property and that they are not left unattended.
