Built in 88 years, this property has been completely renovated in a Japanese house built with money sparingly in the Showa period.Nowadays, delicate and elaborate fixtures are rarely seen.
The property is in a great location with a view of the sea from the second floor.
Numazu has many delicious shops with fresh seafood, and the scenery of the ocean and sunsets that blow away daily fatigue is stunning.
The boat is just around the corner, so you can easily enjoy sea fishing.♪

The space
* This property has been renovated, but there are many places that remain as they were.
Therefore, there are some areas where the construction is poor, but please enjoy the uniqueness of this property.
○ Please do not use the storm shutters as they may fall off.
○ Some of the windows on the 2nd floor can be opened and some cannot, so please do not force them open. Also, the sliding doors and other fixtures are old and valuable, so please open and close them carefully.
○ It is not airtight because it is an old building. Therefore, in case of heavy rain, it may blow in. Please also note that sand may enter through the gaps.

・ Smoking is prohibited on the premises, including inside the property. * If you violate this, you will be fined 50,000 yen.
- No pets allowed.
・ Please do not make loud voices or sounds after 9 pm.
・ Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
* If you check out later than the check out time [10: 00 am] without notifying us, we will charge the following fees.
Cleaning staff standby fee: 1,500 yen (tax included) every 30 minutes after 10: 00 am

If you request to extend your stay on the same day, and we have to cancel the cleaning on that day, you will be charged a separate one-time cleaning fee. For any changes to reservations, such as for extended nights, please be sure to notify us 24 hours before checkout.
Recently, there have been frequent cases of damage such as soiling, breakage, and taking things home. Except for normal use of sheets, etc., all items with blood or vomit on them will be charged at cost.
