→ This unit is called ‘Savannah Corner Loft’, a 41sqm apartment loft type condo with high ceiling, large windows, access to balcony & corner window view to the farms of the development and its front entry.
→ Savannah Corner Loft is good for 6guests. 4pax upstairs and 2pax downstairs in the smaller bedroom/living room. Please check the price changes after 3pax.

Savannah Lofts offer total of (2) 43sqm Condo Units that can accomodate up to 12-13pax if booked together. Availability depends on dates.

Guest access
COVID 19:
→ Please wear mask all the time except in the unit.
→ Full vaccine proof is required if your not fully vaccinated, health certificate is required.
Check-In
→ Check in time is from 2 PM.
→ We use self-check in method via access to Lockbox for the key. Code Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior arrival.
Early Check-in Charges:
→ Extra Charge, your rate divide by 10hrs.
Pay Via Airbnbpay request.
Check-Out
→ Check out is strictly at 12NN. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guests. Charges occur if you check out late.
Entrance Fee : Php 100/person.
to be paid to the admin. office upon check-in or to reception.
→ Entrance fee, this includes the amenities; Single Parking/first come first served, playground, 7th floor breezeway for public gathering max. 20 pax. Security 24/7.
Swimming Pool
→ Note: Pool maybe close due to covid. Please query first to avoid disappointment.
Swimming Pool is additional charge.
Please pay to admin. Php100/person if you wish to access the pool.
→ Pool is closed on Thursdays for maintenance.
→ Pool maybe closed for other days due to private function or added maintenance.
→ Pool open from 7am-5pm, excluding thursday.

Other things to note
COVID 19 POLICY
→ The admin requires Fully vaccine card, if not health certificate is needed.
→ The unit can accomodate maximum 6 guests. After 3 guests theres extra charge of php450/person.
What we provide you with EXTRA CHARGE for extra services.
→ Cleaning service if your spending more than (1) night, php 500.
→ Request for extra bath or hand towels, php 100 per towel. We don’t provide bath towels please bring yours, otherwise we charge Php100/towel. Request upon booking.
→ Extra bed linens set: pillowcase/blanket/bedsheet, per set. Php 300. Set-up bed yourself.
→ Extra blanket, php 150.
→ Extra Pillow with pillowcase, php 100.
