This is the 3rd edition to the HRCRentals Fleet. Please refer to our Creek Cabin and Peach Orchard Cottage listings for reviews. All three are managed and under the stewardship of the same group, us!
Just a walk away from the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders green pastures and our small farm. Surrounded by views of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear view of the stars!

The space
Fleetwood is a perfect place to relax and experience the serenity of nature.
A fresh two-bedroom spacious cottage. Perfect for families or remote work experience.

Recently remodeled, the exterior includes a new fence and gate, new wood siding, new porch and all new patio furniture. The inside includes newly remodeled bathroom, freshly painted walls and ceilings and a unique wood wall, archway and custom window seals. All of the furniture is new or refurbished, new TV, new fridge, microwave and all new kitchen amenities.
Includes a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and a full in the smaller room. The remodeled bathroom includes a stand-up shower.
this space is ideal for four people, or two couples and a couple kids. There are two bedrooms and a pull out futon in the living room. The space is about 1,000 sq. ft. inside.
There is plenty of private yard space in both front and back. Also new porches on all sides with outdoor table and seating as well as a BBQ.

Take a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the Trinity Village private swimming hole to hang out or go fishing (key provided in bowl at cottage). There is also a small hike at Grey's Falls which is 5 miles away. You may refer to the Activities Binder on the counter at the cottage or our Guidebook listed on Airbnb.
Our property is just one hour away from the world famous Redwoods. There are multiple hikes and roads to drive through to witness their magnificence.
If you drive East there are multiple trailheads leading to the Trinity Alps. Also a very special part of Northern California to explore, whether for a day adventure or overnight backpacking.
Or, if you just want to chill and do Nothing! This is a perfect place for that.

Note: No Cell phone Service on the property. There is Wifi and the ability to hook into Wifi Calling/other means of communication. You can also drive 7 miles West and there is cell service there.

Peach Orchard Cottage and Creek Cabin are located on the same property, you may refer to these if you have a larger group, friends etc. who are traveling together and this space is not enough.

We as hosts and Airbnb has partnered with experts in health and hospitality to offer a clean and safe space at our Cabins. We are committed to this new, thorough cleaning protocol to ensure the safety for all our guests that includes cleaning with disinfectants and mandating a 24 hour break between stays.

Guest access
Guests can access the cabin by driving through the main gate at 90 Lone Pine, there is parking on the gravel next to the cottage. Guests will have access to the grassy area in front and behind the cottage. The neighborhood is safe to walk around.

Other things to note
We do encourage our guests to arrive before dark as this is a rural area and the streets are not well lit.
