This is a great location for anyone looking to explore Keswick and the surrounding areas. The 2 bedroom flat is on the ground floor in the edge of the town centre of Keswick.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TOWN CENTRE FLAT IN A BUSY TOURIST TOWN WITH OVER 20 PUBS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE SO STREET NOISE CAN OCCASIONALLY BE AN ISSUE.

The space
PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY Ground floor flat - the accommodation is dog friendly ( no CATS) however please read below for exceptions.
I do accept bookings for children however please note I don’t have amenities such as cot beds/high chairs and plug/door safety etc so you would need to bring anything along you will need.

BEDROOM ONE (back bedroom)
King size bed with USB charging station and drawers and hanging unit
BEDROOM TWO (front bedroom street view)
Double bed and single bed with drawers and hanging unit.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Hairdryer also available.
Please note traffic noise and location do mean noise can be an issue as keswick is a busy town with over 20 pubs on the doorstep unfortunately I cannot control the noise from external drunken people!
(ear plugs are provided)
PLEASE NOTE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON THE BED.
BATHROOM
Whirlpool bath
Extra large shower , toilet and wash basin. Includes shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and towels.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE
Microwave, toaster, kettle, 1 ring portable induction hob, air fryer and electric oven.
Undercounter fridge freezer
Tea, instant coffee, coffee machine with pods and milk are provided for that morning cuppa.
Sofa with 55" tv- with Netflix/ prime/disney capability (please note subscription may be needed to access these extras)
PLEASE NOTE NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE BED/SOFA.
Dining table
Please note there is no garden so you will have to use the park across the road.
Please do not let your dog urinate ect on the fake grass area around the entrance Thankyou

Guest access
Outside the entrance there is a small hallway which can be used for muddy boots and wet coats ect.
Please note there is a storeroom used daily in the hall that must nor be blocked.
There is parking for 1 car only however there is free street parking down Blencathra street and all adjoining streets
