Nina's place is situated in old Tbilisi, in a newly constructed building. The flat has all the amenities for a comfortable short term stay and 3 beautiful balconies with views of Tbilisi and its surrounding hills. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a couch in the living room which expands into a comfortable bed. The fully equipped kitchen is there for all the comfort. Stay here to enjoy the real old Tbilisi neighborhood with modern vibes and outstanding hospitality.
The space
Guests have access to the entire space which includes a living room with a kitchen, 3 balconies with nice views, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
Please note that the building has a neighbor who plays piano quite often, she is very good and we consider it one of the charms of the flat. Please let us know if it becomes bothersome so that we can address the issue.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire space. They get the apartment key and enjoy the full apartment with all amenities.
Other things to note
Just like most of the old town Tbilisi, there are hills, and you have to do a bit up-walking, nothing strenuous.

- Increased wifi speed (cost depends on the requested package)
- Additional cleaning 30 USD
