Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Skopje

Host is amazing, prompt communication and resolved two small issues we had while there which were beyond their control. We stayed for 5 weeks, the location is just a 15 minute walk directly into the Old Bazaar and downtown Skopje. That is the best area to do grocery shopping. The little home is cozy and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet area. We would definitely stay here again if coming to Skopje.

The apartment was spotless and we'll equipped. It was well situated for access to restaurants and shopping. Ivan was very helpful and checked in regularly to see everything was satisfactory.

If you are a large group (we were seven), then Tomi's place will suit you very well. The house is a little way out of the city (about a 30 minute walk) but it's easy enough to get a bus nearby or hail a cab (which are cheap). The house can be a little tricky to find, as it is located on a side street off of the main part of Parishka. We had a couple of taxi drivers that struggled to find it! The house itself is huge and, for the most part, very comfortable. The kitchen, however, is relatively small and I think it's fair to say you would struggle to cook for a large group in it. The configuration of some of the bedrooms is a bit random and I think a little attention needs to be paid to the lighting and bedding in some cases. Within the vicinity of the house are several good restaurants and a large supermarket is a ten minute walk away. Despite one or two reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Tomi is great and Skopje is a wonder!

A cozy apartment for a weekend getaway, perfect for those looking to escape the city center. Dina was an excellent host. The location isn't 100% accurate; the apartment is actually located at Sava Kovačević 21-A, not Sava Kovačević 21 as it is mentioned in the ad; which is cca 3 km further than stated in the listing. So, when using Google Maps, it’s best to search for “Apartment Dina.” According to Google, it’s on Petar Mazev Street, but in reality, the address is Sava Kovačević 21-A. But that’s not the host’s fault; it’s due to the chaotic street system in the city of Skopje. This isn’t a major issue for those with a car, but if you’re not driving, you’ll have more walking to do, and the bus lines to the city center are not very frequent.

We, 2 families of 4 with young kids, visited this house and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria was very helpful throughout our communication before, during and after our stay. Their guides, the welcoming food and wine, the totally clean house and generally the overall experience was great. we totally recommend the hosts and their listing as it was exactly as the description and we felt like home. our home in Skopje

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

Quiet neighborhood with detached houses. It is 8/10 minutes by car to the center. Hot water and room temperature was very good. You can enter without shoes inside. We are very satisfied.

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅

Cece's place is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at! She's an awesome host that provides great communication, outlines everything you need to find her place, check-in and enjoy. Wonderful villa on the mountain side, approx 20-25 min drive from city center. The villa itself was too big for us, as it could easily have fit 2 families at least. Marija is very friendly and her hospitality was top notch. The gym was much appreciated by our family and we used it every single day, same with the pool. The pool temperature was not too warm so do not expect a warm pool, but we enjoyed it as the weather was mostly sunny and 20 degree so we could warm up outside the pool . The place is recommended, especially if you don't mind living a bit outside the city center. You should definitely have a car when you rent this place.

A helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented host since we got in touch. There was nothing missing in his home. It is very close to everywhere in 10 minutes by car to the center in terms of location. In addition, there is a shopping center under the house, there are many amenities such as cosmetics, clothing, souvenir shops, currency exchange, grocery stores. It is a great blessing that the house has parking. We got a parking ticket with the car and when we asked how we could pay him, even though it was 21:30 in the evening, he came to us in 15 minutes and helped us pay for the penalty, and then he wanted to buy us something to motivate us because we paid him a ticket, we did not break it as a result of his insistence, and there was a very nice environment where he took it. In summary, we are very satisfied, definitely choose this place..

March 25th,I stayed at Villa Diana,for one night. As soon as I arrived,I was kindly greeted by the host Diana,and her staff. My apartment was huge,very clean,beautiful mountain view from the balcony,and very quiet. Enjoyed the hearty breakfast,and hope to be back for a longer stay.

Excellent little bungalow in the most charming area of Skopje: 5 minute walk to the city center, yet a very residential area that is super calm, idyllic and quiet. Very easy communication with host, and equally easy check in/out procedure. Super clean with great WiFi connectivity.

The location and comfort of the house was very good. Viktor is a very affectionate person, so you don't have to worry about renting the house. The house has all the materials to meet your basic kitchen and bathroom needs. It was a pleasant visit, thank you

Dora is a kind and thoughtful host. I never met her in person, but she was on hand to answer any queries and nothing was too much trouble, giving guidance about local restaurants etc. The apartment was simply perfect - light, spacious, quiet (but with a local shop I minute walk away), clean and had everything we needed. Seems bigger in real life than the photos suggest. Walking into the main part of the city takes about 30- 45mins but taxis to same cost under £3. So happy I booked this apartment and would return here without hesitation. The price was really reasonable, host is fantastic, area is splendid. If you wish to be near the mountains and the city, book this gem of a place without worry!
