I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

A cozy apartment for a weekend getaway, perfect for those looking to escape the city center. Dina was an excellent host. The location isn't 100% accurate; the apartment is actually located at Sava Kovačević 21-A, not Sava Kovačević 21 as it is mentioned in the ad; which is cca 3 km further than stated in the listing. So, when using Google Maps, it’s best to search for “Apartment Dina.” According to Google, it’s on Petar Mazev Street, but in reality, the address is Sava Kovačević 21-A. But that’s not the host’s fault; it’s due to the chaotic street system in the city of Skopje. This isn’t a major issue for those with a car, but if you’re not driving, you’ll have more walking to do, and the bus lines to the city center are not very frequent.

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

It was 15 minutes away from the center by car. But there was a big mall nearby. It was easy to find the place.

Lovely place with really plenty of space! The city center was within walking distance. The host was always super quick to respond to questions. We will be happy to come back again!

Great stay that was booked very last-minute (same day even). Host was very responsive and welcoming, offered coffee/tea upon arrival and stayed for explanation of the apartment and a small chat. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at Cevahir Sky City, and it was an amazing experience! The apartment, owned by Viktor, was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I wanted to explore. Viktor was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I’ll definitely choose Viktor’s apartment at Cevahir Sky City again for my next visit!

We spent 4 days at Damian’s place in Skopje as 2 couples, and let me tell you, his place was nothing short of magnificent. For starters, the place could not be in a better location. You’re walking distance from all the main attractions in Skopje and look right out into the pedestrian zone where there are countless shops and restaurants. You’re also a very short stroll through the main square, over the river and into the old bazaar. The apartment itself was even nicer than described on the Airbnb listing. It was spotless and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were available. The large balcony over looking the pedestrian street below was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and have a couple drinks over looking the city. Damjan, went above and beyond by leaving little snacks and water for us upon arrival. He also took the time to recommend some places to visit. In addition, he was also very flexible with our checkin and checkout times. 10/10 would recommend!

Whatever you have in your own home was in this house as well. We were very surprised and delighted by the presence of the toilet shrinker for the kids. We felt like we were in our own home. The house was hot, there was even oil in the kitchen. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house. We recommend it to those who are going. We stayed in the house with 5+1 children. The house was very spacious and spacious.

Mirjana’s place was excellent is every way. Clean, convenient and great communication. The parking garage for the car was a great thing to have. When I come back to Skopje, I will first look to book here.

I stayed for a month, and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. They explained everything carefully. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants near the house, making it very convenient. Digital nomads can work at the cafe in the nearby supermarket. It was a great experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Mihailo’s house! The place was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and warm and easy to find. Honestly it felt like a home. It’s in a convenient location, close to malls and restaurants, perfect if you prefer staying outside the city center, yet 10 min with a taxi. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend!

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Amazing apartment and amazing hosts. Great location near to river and Capitol mall. Lots of cafes and bars around the area but also a very quiet apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly decorated with everything working perfectly. Perfect experience.

Branco is a very interested host. The location of the house is also close to the center. Although it is not in the center, it is quite close. The interior of the house was one of the most beautifully furnished airbnbs I have seen. We stayed with great pleasure. Regarding the location of the house, it would be more accurate for them to use the vero shopping center road (right from the exit) when they go and return after a certain time in the evening.

We stayed with 1 child. Good location. The temperature of the house was quite sufficient. There was a closed parking lot belonging to the apartment and the entrance and exit was comfortable. Oliver was quick to respond to questions and resolved our issues. The internet and the tools in the kitchen were quite good. Would definitely recommend
