In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Tenants have a front yard at the front of the house. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.
