Vacation rentals with a patio in Skaleta

Our stay at Nikos' place was just amazing. The apartment was not only easy to find, but also extremely spacious and comfortable for two people. We liked the decor very much. The location is great, whether on foot or by car, you are quickly close to restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket that offers everything you need. We especially appreciated the garden, but it was temporarily affected by a construction site, which will be over soon. We will be happy to come back!

All around, everything worked very well. The technology and the condition in the apartment were also impeccable. Britta welcomed us personally with her husband and showed us everything in the apartment. She had sent us some links to restaurants and breakfast cafes in advance. These were very helpful. The area also seemed safe to me and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market at the doorstep. The way into the city was very easy and good to master. Also excursion destinations such as Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Gorge, Kournas Lake and Elafonissi Beach were easily accessible by car. If we vacation in Chania again, we'd love to stay with Britta again.

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. The location was amazing. Right in the old town with a gorgeous view over the harbour. There were restaurants and shops all around us but the place was so quiet. This apartment was really spacious and renovated to a very high standard. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The view from the balconies was superb. We really didn’t want to leave and anyone looking for amazing accommodation, this is for you. The hosts were very easy to contact and very helpful at all times.

Aris was really the perfect host! The communication was top tier from beginning to end! The place was clean and beds were comfy. The views were beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

I come to Chania twice a year and this was certainly one of the very best Airbnbs I have rented. First of all, you can’t beat the location. Our hosts were so gracious and had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is quite spacious and well appointed and the kitchen is fully stocked. I highly recommend this property!

This was probably the nicest AirBnB we have stayed at . Everything was well put together and the amenities were incredible. Directions were very clear with links to Google maps on how to find the place. The kitchen was supplied with every utensil one could ever need. Hosts left welcome food and snacks. The house was clean, modern, and felt like home. We had one small issue when we were there, and the host team replied within 45 minutes, making it one of the most responsive hosts we’ve worked with. I would hands down stay here again.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Well-renovated apartment, very spacious and with every comfort available to guests. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the sunset and a well-kept garden make it truly special. Vaia, Nikolas and the whole family immediately proved to be helpful and hospitable, we remember them with affection and sympathy.

n's stay in the guesthouse of Violetta was nothing short of stunning. The cottage is beautifully situated in the hills, with breathtaking sea views – waking up every morning was a small moment of happiness. The facilities are completely in order and make it possible to enjoy a relaxing holiday without worries. Everything was neat, well equipped and comfortable. Violetta herself is a fantastic host: friendly, helpful and always available for questions or tips. Thanks to her warm welcome and the soothing environment we had an unforgettable time. Our experience was wonderful! I totally recommend Konstantinos as host and his lovely apartment! He is very kind and helpful <3! I was staying in Konstantinos apartment with my under school aged child was with me, and the apartment and surroundings were very good for a child too. Konstantinos had provided us with some toys also per my request. Our flight arrived late, so I had asked if Konstantinos could possibly go to buy some food to us to apartment, and he very helpfully did that prior our arrival! Bed was very good. Kichen had everything you can imagine needing and even more. The whole apartment was extremely clean and very new, stylish and modern. The view from the balcony was amazing, we just loved it! The swing on balcony was perfect! Location was perfect for us. Peaceful area, lovely animals around the house (we had possibility to visit them also!). You'd probably need car like we had, to comfortably get anywhere you like. Thank You so much Konstantinos! Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts. Anastasia and John were very welcoming and provided a lovely welcome basket alongside their book of extensive local recommendations. They were helpful with any questions we had and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location is wonderful--close to the sea, just a 15-20 minute walk to the harbor, but a quiet oasis away from the town's activity when you want a break. The patio and comfy bed were such a treat, as was the kitchen for preparing some of our meals. We stayed here over 2 weeks and loved it. If you are in town on a Saturday, go to the farmers market and stay for lunch in one of the cafes! Thank you, Anastasia and John! We didn't want to leave.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

Very good location. Close to the old town, about 10 minutes on foot, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful at night, you can have a great rest. I highly recommend this location

Large, clean and well-equipped apartment. Spacious kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the sea. In a quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the historic center.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Samson's Akontio Sea View apartment. Check-in was totally flexible and easy with a key box and we arrived in a spotless apartment, where a filled fruit basket awaited us. We slept well in the large, comfortable bed, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, so we could also take good care of ourselves. We enjoyed our breakfast on the large balcony with sea view! The location is also perfect. 10 minutes to the pretty village of Panormo with 3 beautiful beaches, several taverns, supermarkets and other shops. And when we were lazy, we swam at the small pebble beach directly below the house. The location was ideal for trips to the beautiful hinterland to the south coast between Heraklion and Chania. The contact also left nothing to be desired. Samson responded quickly and a short circuit long after work was fixed within 30 minutes. We'll be back for sure!

Small but nice accommodation! Very clean, everything necessary available. Communication was quick, easy and very friendly. :) The beach is really right outside the door (max. 1 minute walk), the matching beach bar with free loungers is also on site. 🌊🍹🌞 The only suggestion for improvement would be a vacuum cleaner or broom. After 9 days, even with great caution, sand or dirt gets into the apartment. It would have been practical to be able to remove it. Happily again! 🫶🏻
