A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! Davide's house was a nice blend of traditional and modern, with all the facilities you need. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for exploring Monte Conero with fantastic walking from the doorstep and 5 minutes drive to great beaches. Very nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. Davide was a very helpful host, who made my stay stress free at a testing time personally. Thanks Davide!

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is a 15-minute walk away and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. We also found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not obvious. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide were very proactive and helped us. Great Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. Great facility In peace and nature. Good pool and amenities I would have preferred a bar service for a drink, but overall it was excellent.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

Domenico's accommodation is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We lacked nothing, the amenities were fabulous and the pool is super beautifully landscaped. For us as a family with a baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together at the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

Great experience, Francesco is very kind!! We'll definitely be back next year. Clean house, towels, and extra clean bed sheets. Adorable garden and terrace, close to the center. An extra point for the formidable mattresses!!

We had a great time in Rosetta's super clean and tidy apartment. Perfect as described. In the morning you will be woken up by the bar above. But for us, that wasn't a problem. Ideal base for those who want to explore the Conero riviera. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Sirolo. Rosetta was the perfect host. Super good communication, caring and friendly. Highly recommended!

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the center. The accommodation was very clean, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of good advice about restaurants and the surroundings. Really recommended.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back

Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

Mariella's apartment is exactly as described. In excellent condition, in order, very clean. The exterior is delightful, the veranda terrace is useful and the parking space is comfortable. The area is quiet, to get to the sea we took the car, but it is also feasible to go on foot but be careful because the outward journey is downhill so obviously the return is all uphill, but from mid-June to mid-September there is a shuttle service. Mariella was impeccable, she welcomed us in person, upon our arrival we had fresh water in the fridge, a welcome gift for breakfast, courtesy kit in the bathroom and scented linen. Everything perfect
