Vacation rentals with a pool in Sint Maarten

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

Olivier was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! Olivier was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The Villa had everything we needed,was spotless upon arrival and beautifully furnished/updated. We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the pool. Had an amazing beachfront experience! The host provided beach towels for us to use. A quick 10 walk to Maho beach and downtown. Another great stay at Sea True Villa! Most awesome house in all of Maho area. Gorgeous and contemporary home with an amazing, infinity edge pool, overlooking the runways. We always feel perfectly at home here.

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

Apartment is bigger and even nicer than pictures. AC works great. Pool is larger than photos suggest and the beach was <10 min walk away and truly spectacular. Great to have access to 2 beach chairs and a (somewhat dilapidated, but still clutch) beach umbrella. Kitchen has like 90% of what you need which meant we could pretty much cook whatever. Burners are a little wonky, but host provided good directions. No pantry staples- might be something to consider for the future (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc.). Easy to get around to all different parts of the island. Overall clean. We had a great stay. Thanks so much for hosting us.

We really enjoyed the outdoor space including the pool, bbq, pizza oven and smoker. The view of the ocean and St Barts was absolutely incredible! The warm Caribbean breeze was lovely. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent and the indoor spaces were very roomy. We can hardly wait to come back!

This place is beautiful and high end. The interior decor was lovely and the balcony is very large. The view is outstanding! We really enjoyed ourselves in this space. Irene, the host, is amazing. She is so helpful and thoughtful - she even got us treats given it was my birthday. Irene really added to our fantastic experience. The only advice is that it is a MUST to rent a car. It's extremely difficult to walk anywhere given the hill and there is very little around to walk to. The car gave us freedom to visit beaches, and explore the island.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

The communication with Joe and the stay was excellent. The amenities were great and whoever he has doing the housekeeping, does a great job. The concierge at the front desk is like being at a hotel and there’s a restaurant right on site like staying at a four star hotel with having your complete privacy to yourself

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

From the very beginning Phil was very helpful and personable. Phil was very detailed on the instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He inquired if we had any questions or concerns, making us feel comfortable and at ease with renting from him. He already had pretty much covered 99.9% of the information that would have been needed, therefore we felt pretty much at home being in his place. We loved how well stocked the unit was re: towels, linen, kitchen supplies, the peacefulness of the unit and the cleanliness (which is definitely a plus plus for us) but above all the view from the unit was to die for. We enjoyed our time very much especially when lounging at the pool. We were especially grateful that he accommodated our check-out time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Phil for being a great host.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

We stayed here for 3.5 weeks over Christmas and New Year's and it truly felt like home. Jayne was very helpful and responsive, also organized a high chair and cot for our 1 year old. The pool area is great and feels up to date, short 3 min walk to Mullet Buy (one of the better beaches), and 2 supermarkets and restaurants around the corner which is very convenient. Apartment itself is nicely decorated and has a particularly spacious living/kitchen area; and two decent bed rooms. Not too many other people using the shared areas despite it being peak season, and the ones who where were calm and friendly.
