Everything exceeded expectations and beyond !! Clean, cozy and oh so special !! We had an amazing stay!! And will definitely be returning to our home away from home.

Stayed here for an overnight layover and it was a great experience! Very close to the airport. The listing exactly matched the photos. Everything was updated and clean. Check-in seamless. Tamara was very responsive and courteous! Great price as well. Would definitely stay here again if in Sint Maarten for a longer stay.

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

We have stayed in this Unit many times, as well as others in the building, always up to our expectations, one of the better units in the building, always comfortable with an excellent view of the complex and the planes

Amy's place exceed our expectations! It is right in the heart of Maho. We were able to walk to many restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores and beaches. We did not rent a car. She has everything you would need already in the apartment, so you do not have to spend vacation time shopping for it. There is noise at night, so if you want quiet this is not the place for you, but we love being able to sit on the porch and listen to music. We cannot wait to return next year!

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler. The front patio was my favorite spot—peaceful with a really nice ocean view, especially at sunset. Being up on a hill gave the place a serene, tucked-away feel, but it also means having a car is highly recommended to get around easily. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations (the nearby rhum distillery ran by them was a fun highlight!). Their hospitality really made the stay extra special. I’d absolutely come back!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment on the second floor, well-kept, in a good location with parking. Very pleasant stay. I can definitely recommend!

Adrien was an exceptional host – warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a memorable stay. Adrien provided excellent local recommendations tailored to our interests and struck the perfect balance of being available yet respectful of our privacy. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly cared for. We cannot recommend Adrien highly enough and will definitely return.

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

This place is an amazing unit to reside in. I highly recommend it for the comfort, space, location, parking, cleanliness, and safety. The host Elettra and Wilma, the condo manager, were very accommodating with any questions that we had. I would definitely want to stay again and again when visiting the island.

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at an incredible Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for our gathering of eight family members. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also surprisingly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. One of the standout features of this penthouse is that each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. This arrangement eliminated the hassle of waiting for turns to shower, which is often a concern when traveling with a large group. It made our stay all the more enjoyable and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cookware, and plenty of counter space. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views from the balcony. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and several popular restaurants, but the drive is totally worth it. I recommend getting a driver or renting a car.

Overall great stay. Great location, close to the airport, very modern interior with water views, direct walking path to Simpson beach. Would recommend renting a car if you stay here for easy access getting around.

We had a great time at Amy’s BNB. Amy was very much reachable and helped with all of our requirements. The place had a common pool which was always available for us. We even enjoyed the private beach that was exclusive for the community members. Amy also made sure to provide pool supplies that were easy to cary. I would love to stay at this property on our next trip too!

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront home from March 1 through March 8 of 2025. There were two couples, we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Both couples joked that the view looked fake, like we were on a movie set because it’s so extremely beautiful. We did venture out on a few daytime excursions but honestly, we did not want to leave the property because it is just so majestically beautiful. the property management person, Sylvia, is extremely good at her job and is genuinely concerned with anything that you are concerned about. Both Jay and Sylvia are very responsive and answer you immediately. We would highly recommend staying at this property because of how beautifully pristine it is and honestly, you have the best beachfront deck anywhere in Simpson Bay. Being right next to Mary’s Boon boutique hotel is also excellent as they have great food and very kind staff that treat you like family. We would highly recommend that you consider this property.

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.
