Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Sint Maarten

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. Beautiful, comfortable home with great amenities. Memory foam bedding and pillows plus extras like toiletries, coolers and folding zero gravity chairs for the beach and a charging hub with every possible charge cable for devices were nice surprises. AC worked in every room and was easy to adjust. Appliances are top notch. House is surprisingly sound proof between floors. Also easy to find with Google maps; we walked from the airport! Paul is a very friendly and respectful host. Quick to respond to any enquiries and accommodated our late checkout request as well. We did experience an unfortunate interruption of wifi for a couple of days. However, while Paul worked hard to restore it, he configured a temporary connection with reduced strength off of his personal network to get us through. His commitment to our satisfaction was much appreciated. The jewel in the crown is the rooftop terrace, with comfortable furniture and spectacular view; a rare find! Wifi coverage was good up there too

We had a lovely time at the appartment, very clean, new and modern, and a very nice terrasse on top. Great location. The owner and family were super friendly and also very kind to help whenever needed. Can only recommend.

Kathy's Côté Jardin apartment was an absolute gem. It had everything we needed for a cozy, stress-free stay, plus a gorgeous garden patio perfect for unwinding after the beach under the stars. The location was spot on -just 5 to 10 minutes from some of St. Martin’s most stunning beaches. If you're looking for the ultimate home base to soak up the island vibes, this is it. Highly recommend!

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. This was our fourth time staying at Lucy and Radek's and it was as fantastic as always. Plenty of walkable restaurants and bodega/grocery stores for all your needs. If you want peace, beautiful views, and a beach within stumbling distance this is the place to be!

The unit was just as she said it was. Clean and easy to find. Lots to do and see. Walking distance to just about everything.
