Villa vacation rentals in Sint Maarten

Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

Large well equipped house with everything we needed for our stay. The communication was fast and friendly. Next time I would pay attention to a charging facility for our electric car at the house (was available for some houses).

A super stay with a lot of space. For 5 people really perfect. We can recommend it to everyone. If we should mention a point of attention, that would only be the description of the last 100 meters to the cottage and the space to park the car in the driveway next to the house. However, that is secondary when you enter the house and enjoy it further.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We stayed with the family during the Christmas days. The house was completely cozy making us feel right at home. Everything was available. The spaces are arranged in such a way that everyone can find a place to do their things together or separately. The sauna was lovely. The biggest plus of the house we found was the special and practical layout and that the whole house was very clean. Definitely recommended for a family or friends getaway. We had a great stay! We were two large families, and we fit comfortably and head a wonderful stay. I highly recommend for bigger groups or large families.

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

We had such a lovely stay at the Smithy in Haarlem! I visited with my Mum and two sisters, and it was the perfect place for us. It is in such an idyllic setting by the canal (there were several ducks just pottering around when we arrived!) and the property is beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Smithy to anyone and would more than happily stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. The house is very nice and has all is needed for a great holiday. It is also very well located both to access train and go shopping for groceries, etc. More than anything, Marjolein and Jan were amazing hosts, starting with a very nice welcome with a warm soup for the cold weather and regularly checking that everything we needed was there for us. Marcel is a very nice host, super reactive, and this house is a nice alternative to downtown accommodations in Amsterdam (or Harlem) if you're visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean, cozy and well equipped. We would particularly like to emphasize the warm hostess – super friendly, helpful and just lovely! You can tell how much effort and love has gone into this place. We will be happy to come back!

Nice spacious house with large backyard. Everything was clean and tidy. Also very nice that there was a tennis court.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

We spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was there No wishes for the accommodation were left unfulfilled. For families with small children, it should be said that there is no playground or similar on the premises, but this has nothing to do with the house or the hosts. The bike paths around the house are a dream. Thank you for this opportunity to spend family time.

Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!

The accommodation is particularly cozy, very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to play... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty. Finally, Marius gives all the useful information. A home and place that I would recommend without hesitation.

Frank is an outstanding host. He provided fantastic and detailed information upfront. The check-in was smooth, and we were provided with local snacks, and Frank set us up with breakfast for our first morning in Amsterdam. This made it very comfortable after a long trip. Whenever we had a question, Frank replied within minutes. We all had a great and relaxing stay. Our kids often asked us if we could stay inside the house rather than going on day trips. That's how much they enjoyed the place and the cute little garden where they could play with water (you have to watch out for tiny kids that can't swim though). In short, it was fun, and we had a good time.
