Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Relax with greenhouse and wide Dutch views

Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort, met daaraan vast een tuinkas als extra leefruimte. Vanuit hier kijk je uit over de velden en de dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Licht, eigenzinnig en speels ingedeeld. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. At the end of a dead end road at the bottom of the dyke overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from mill "de Havik" is hidden between the reed and right at the ring cruise holiday home "De Smid". 30 min drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30 min drive from the North Sea beach. Free Two canoes to sail. Towels/ tea towels/ bed linen/ pans/ cutlery/ pepper & salt . Double bed (extra 1-person fold-out bed for child up to 1.65)

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Hot tub, kayak or 2 paddle boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the Pipo and all just for you/you.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Our bungalow is close to the beach, sea, dunes and woods. You will love this place that is equipped with all comforts. The bungalow is suitable for families up to 4 people. Beautiful location in North Holland. Most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. In the spring between the beautiful bulb fields. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the beach. An excellent starting point for cycling routes.
