What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

My best friend and I enjoyed a summer weekend in Belmar at Joanne’s rental. It was exactly as the pictures show and it was perfect! The beach was about a 10 minute walk which was great and the street was mostly quiet. The beach locker housed plenty of chairs and an umbrella and we utilized the beach passes every day. Parking on the street wasn’t always available, so parking in the driveway was a huge plus. It was nice to use the outdoor shower to rinse off our feet after the beach, and the front porch was the perfect place to read and eat dinner. The central air worked great and cooled the small space easily. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, big, and clean. Joanne so generous to let us stay a little bit after checkout and read on her porch to wait out a rainstorm. She was also flexible with check-in. She is very responsive and kind. I hope to return to this lovely place in the future! Would highly recommend!

This little beach cottage was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, and walking distance from a ton of great restaurants & shops. Stephanie was super communicative and the house was spotless. Nicely updated and perfectly beachy. We would definitely stay here again!
