Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Large natural area with visits from deer, squirrels, etc. 100 meters from a large swimming lake, where we have a rowboat + canoe lying around. Few hundred meters to the best mountain bike in Northern Europe! 5 km to the port of Silkeborg, which you can walk or bike to through the forest. Close to the popular swimming lake, Almind lake. Located in lovely Virklund surrounded by forest and lakes and close to shopping Large south-facing terrace and fire pits. The tenant must clean the place themselves! There are cleaning supplies.

Relax in this unique and gorgeous space. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the sun loungers looking out over Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in warm water with a view of Himmelbjerget. Bring your kayak and sail a morning run and meet the fish heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood-burning stove lit. Read a book in the double bed with a view of the lake or bring the mountain bike and take a tour of the route outside the door. Only your imagination sets the limits in this beautiful place! WELCOME

Private sandy beach and sauna

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Guest house in Funderådal by the forest

90 m2 independent guest house in beautiful natural surroundings, including water, heating and electricity, free firewood for wood stove, private terrace. NO TV signal, DVD option. In the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min by car to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Hilly and suitable road terrain.

Sondrup Gæstgiveri

A gem with the opportunity for tranquility and immersion in the protected Sondrup. Beautiful views, dark night sky. Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Possibility to bring a horse.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
