Architect townhouse * private garden

Roomy and bright townhouse from 1875 in Aarhus center. Great location - near Town hall and 400 meters to main train station. Important NOTES (house description below): 1. there will be 2 cats with you inside the house - so only for cat lovers who will enjoy cats around them (price is low because you take care of our cats). 2. House is not safe for small kids because there is no railings to French terrace and stairs - so only book with kids older than 8 years 💚 House: 149 sqm. 3 bedrooms and a double room with kitchen and livingroom in 1th floor. The house is full of light all day, and has 200 sqm yard/ garden with sun comming from south. Bedroom 1: with small reading "lounge" with a large double bed 180 cm Soft Tempur matersses. Guestroom downstairs: large double bed 180 cm with soft Tempur matersses. Office: Wegner sleeping-couch 140 cm or 100 cm if not unfolded. Spring matress. Living room on 1th floor with couch and danish designer chairs. Big kitchen on 1th floor - open to the livingroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and new bathroom with shower/WC. Feel free to use everything open in the kitchen, oil, spices and coffee pods. Bedrooms are bright and only has few blinders (will not be dark - especially in the summertime - we love it - not everyone does) There is a small new toilet on 2nd floor. Broadband wireless internet access. There is a washing machine and new dryer at ground floor. Bed linen and towels is included. We rent out the house for what we believe is a very reasonable price, because part of staying in the house is being with the cats. Cats are sweet and do not need much attention but they show up everywhere. The train station is 3 min away and same goes for Aarhus big modern museum AROS and the music hall. There is lots of cafees, restaurents, shops and pedestian streets really close to the house. There is 5 km to the lovely Bellevue beach. And a 20 min walk to the harbour. If you book more than one week, the additional days will be at same daily price as the week discount. The house is a private home (not a rental/ holiday home), when we host guests we often travel. We off cause leave everything well cleaned for you and hope you will leave the place in a nice way. If you dont have time to clean let us know and we can arrange cleaning for 100€ :)

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This cozy townhouse is centrally located and at the same time close to the forest and beach. The nicest ocean view from the 1st floor's large terrace lounge. Cozy enclosed patio with trampoline and lovely nooks, - 1.5 km to Kaløvig Castle ruin Parking option is not available directly at the house, but 20 meters up the street where there is free parking. Lots of lovely shopping, restaurants and cafes are just around the corner.

Nice City House very quiet hood near all you need

Dejligt byhus i hjertet af Aarhus. 5. Min gang til banegården. Strand-skov-shopping- kultur - legeplads alt dette, på meget rolig gade. Til huset hører en privat solrig gårdhave. Huset indeholder 2 børneværelser m. Dobbelt seng vaskemaskine/tørretumbler og toilet m.bad 1.sal er en dejlig stue og køkken. 2. Sal forældre soveværelse og toilet/bad. Huset er ideelt til en lille familie- rejsevenner eller et par der ønsker en skøn ferie. Der er ekstra indsats på rengøring og sprit tilgængeligt

If I am not going to use the garden myself and on request, the garden may be used

Large nice townhouse with lovely large garden, two terraces and close to the city. The house is well maintained and on two levels with a large bathroom and bright bedrooms as well as a lovely loft with sloping windows in it. The house is close to shopping and the brabrand trail and just across from Åby park. A perfect place for a small family or a couple or the small group who would like to visit Aarhus.
