We had a wonderful stay at Desiree’s place in the Palisades at Every Hotel. From the start, communication with Desiree was seamless—she was easy to reach via text and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. We truly appreciate her for opening up her home to us! The room itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to access all amenities. The only downside was the hotel's luggage service—it took 2.5 hours to receive our bags after check-in, which was frustrating, especially after a long travel day. We checked in around 8:30 PM but didn’t get our luggage until 11:30 PM, which seemed to be due to the hotel either being too busy or understaffed that evening. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we would absolutely recommend staying at Desiree’s place for a comfortable and well-located stay!

A couple things to note: I had originally booked a chalet, but decided to upgrade to a suite to surprise my hubby. Little did I know, or not pay attention to that the sweets do not have barbecues and kitchens while the chalets do. If you upgrade to a suite you cannot BBQ from your room! Luckily once I explained my mistake to the very kind and helpful front desk staff they were able to swap us to a chalet the next day. One thing that did surprise me a little is that the Pines has outdoor trash cans that stay outside overnight and are not their proof, every morning in the common areas on the deck by the water there were sideways trash cans with trash spread about due to being left out overnight for the bears. Watch your step bc there was massive bear duty by the trash as well!

We enjoyed staying here and we would stay here again! The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. If we come again, we would bring a doorstop since the big heavy bathroom door closed every single time we went in just to wash our hands.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, spacious and well stocked with amenities. Was very convenient having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. Location was excellent, the gondola is right outside the hotel and a ski valet is available for hotel guests. The free valet parking was great as we had a car, although many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Check-in was a breeze as Mike had made all the room bookings under our names and we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Chris was absolutely amazing right from when we booked weeks ago to the time we checked out. He even offered to FaceTime in case we wanted to check out the place. All in all, he is super approachable and the very best in response time and patience I have seen. Thanks Chris! The place itself is nestled amongst the hills, so please expect windy roads but you will be rewarded with gorgeous views, a great host, a peaceful and fun stay. We were in a time crunch and couldn’t really explore a lot - and so, we hope to come back soon another time to enjoy the vast property and its views.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Awesome host and stay!

Toya is great. The unit was clean and for the price, it was a great deal. If you're a skier, the location is amazing. We were a bit confused because the listing indicates that it was a multi bedroom with a kitchen. Unfortunately, when we got there (a bit late) we ended up with a single hotel room style unit without a kitchen, fireplace, or hot tub as indicated in the pictures. Still, for the price, it was a good deal. it was clean and convenient. The ridge is a timeshare type facility and in all probability, the miscommunication could have been on the facility. The room itself was modern and clean. Large tub and great view.

This was a super convenient place to stay for Heavenly. Our room was a 1BR with plenty of space for our two kid's air mattresses in the main living area. There was a large dining table that could accommodate 6 people and the kitchen had everything we needed, equipment wise, to prepare our own meals. The property has a fitness center and outdoor pool (heated and open year round). There is a cool little spot walking distance behind the property for sledding (just a park, so it's free). From a check in perspective, you are treated like a hotel guest with your own reservation - super easy check in and check out process. I'm really happy with the accommodation and value and the communication and support Mick and his team offered. 5 stars!

The check-in procedure was easy, conducted superbly by a confident, amiable staff. The suites were spacious and comfortable. I had a group of 4 guests, but the place can comfortably accommodate 6 people. An in-suite washer and dryer appliance is very nice to have. However, best to not use late night as it is loud. The beds were comfortable. If you prefer to stay in and cook the kitchen is very adequate. A dishwasher saved the group a lot of time. Everyone in the group dipped their toes in the hot spa and all agreed it was brilliant - clean and robust turbo! I drive an E-Vehicle and was delighted to have access to 2 chargers - very convenient. In summary, the group liked the facilities and enjoyed the stay. I regret not staying another day! Thank you.

Outstanding communication when I reached out to her with booking Questions. The room was clean and comfortable, very roomy. Separate bedroom allowed for restful sleep. Resort staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had, parking valets always had our car ready when requested. A great base for your next Tahoe adventure.

Wonderful and great location. Just 1 block away from the main shopping area of Union Sqaure. Place is very well cleaned and prepared for check in. Very friendly host and always ready to reply any queries.

Centrally located nice sized rooms and comfy full sized bed

The condo was very spacious and had great amenities. The location was a short drive to Lake Tahoe, the casinos, and restaurants and shopping. The resort was quiet and felt private.

Such a beautiful room, so much room for all Of us (2 adults, 4 kids), the best place we stayed during our time in America! Exceeded our expectations. We loved our time in San Francisco. Would recommend & will stay again!!

We were very happy with our two bedroom suite. The hotel was on a busy man Street in the city of San Francisco however the rooms were extremely quiet. We could walk to restaurants Superette Chinatown union Square to catch the hop on hop off bus so very convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay; the place was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit on the expensive side due to a major event taking place in the city. Convenient location. Within walking distance to Union Square, offering easy access to fantastic restaurants and shops. The property description/reviews were transparent about the potential for noise, given its location in a bustling area. Surprisingly, the noise didn't bother me at all, and I appreciated the honesty in the listing. Additionally, I was aware of the homelessness issue in the area, but fortunately, it didn't pose any problems during my stay. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Very cozy apartment with beautiful mountain views. This unit had everything you need and was very nicely furnished. It is conveniently located next to the Stagecoach chair lift. It is a bit of a drive into town so keep that in mind. Overall, great stay and we'd love to stay here again!
