Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Wonderful and cozy house, especially if you go with children, everything in perfect condition and everything very clean, I will return

Everything was perfect, the house was very clean, just as seen in the photos, everything was very well explained and detailed, I highly recommend this accommodation, a quiet area with good terraces, for any time of the year, in short we are very happy with everything in general.

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

our stay was perfect and the involvement from Steffano so that it was 10, he had the detail to provide us with a cot, high chair, and even a bathtub for my young son, he let us in before the scheduled time so that my children could eat more comfortably and on the day of departure he also let us leave later so that we could rest better since we had a long trip to Barcelona, his apartment is super cozy from the 1 minute you feel at home without mentioning the taste that he gives breakfast on the terrace looking out to the sea, the area could not be better since you had both restaurant and supermarkets and the beach next door. no doubt 100% recommended both the host and his apartment, thanks for everything Steffano gives taste !! We are a family of three and spent 3 nights at Mar’s apartment. The location was perfect for us with a 4 year old. Nice neighborhood, quiet , close to a big park. We had everything we need near to us. City center is walkable for adults, for kids could be fine ad well, and there is a bus station near by and you can easily catch a bus to a city center. Apartment was nice, and had everything we needed for this stay. Mar recommended some nice restaurants in the area, sent us instructions for the buses and taxi, she kept friendly communication and was available as needed. This was a nice apartment for our first visit to Granada, and we would probably choose it again if traveling there.

The apartment was big and clean. The comunication with Jose was good, he answered all our questions. There is a free parking place nearby. The city centre is near and there are very nice restaurants with delicious food.

Hot water was running out after some time, but it was easily enough for shower and dishwashing. Everything else has as perfect!

This was our 3rd stay at Mars place and we enjoyed our stay again!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

AJ is responsive and clear, his apartment is equipped and well arranged, and contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stay. Well located because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach!

The stay was fantastic and they were attentive to us at all times, a 10 the experience.

we where a family of six and the stay was very pleasant and fit for purpose, ie skiing all day long and recover during the night. we brought our own skiing gear and it was easy to get to the resort on foot using the chair lifts 5min way. We parked our SUV in the garage and didn’t used it until it was time to return home. The host was very responsive. I would recommend.

Rosario & Antonio were great hosts & their apartment is the perfect pad for a few days by the sea. The views are incredible. Antonio greeted us & took time to explain everything about the apartment. A very welcome gift of wine & Christmas treats was left out for us, so kind & thoughtful too! Our break was unfortunately cut short but we’d definitely recommend !

The house is perfect for spending a few days skiing. They allow animals that are essential to me. The apartment is the same as the pictures and has a garage. Guillermo is super attentive.

I was a guest at Carmen's. Over the winter time super loving woman, apartment super everything you need. Less than 300 meters to the beach. Restaurant nearby 50 meters. A bus stop is also close. If necessary, I was very happy with everything. Gladly come again.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We've been in this area before and it's beautiful. The apartment has sea view! in general all views are beautiful from the apartment. Easy access, garage swimming pool those are advantages. In fact this is my first apartments in Spain were I didn't have issue with my allergy. This is Big advantage for me. Also worth to mention I slept there as a child. it so quiet there and calm. We really enjoyed this place. I would decide to come there once again. Thanks Ramses!

Location was perfect! Literally walking distance from the train station (easy walk even with the luggage and a baby stroller). There is also a large park, two supermarkets and restaurants around the building. We didn’t have to travel far for all the basic amenities. Even attractions were also very near. Buses that go to the Albaicín and Alhambra, or you could walk. Some of the days during our stay, the roads were closed due to Holy Week, however we could still walk conveniently to the Alcaiceria with no fuss. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay even more than just a few days. The kitchen has enough pots, pans, plates and utensils to do the cooking. The host was there to welcome us for the checkin and explained everything. Additionally with small touches around the house that really made the stay really lovely - such as a hair dryer for both rooms, drying rack for laundry, guide books about granada/spain and things for a shower.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.
