Vacation rentals with a patio in Short Pump

Incredible! We drove two hours to a different Airbnb that hadn’t been cleaned and found ourselves searching for a nearby alternative on a Sunday evening in a hailstorm. Found Wyatt & Ami’s place with availability within minutes and arrived on their doorstep 10 minutes later. WHAT A DELIGHT! The apartment was even better than our imaginations … we were enjoying a glass of wine in a local Bodega they recommended minutes later. Fell in love with the neighborhood and the lodging … it is our IT place to stay from now on in Richmond!!! Thank you, Wyatt, Ami and Lee!!

Stayed in this cozy, thoughtfully appointed, and very convenient apartment for 3 nights. Cassandra was extremely accessible - easy to reach and very responsive. The apartment was simple to find and access… and sparkling clean. It was conveniently located to Carytown and VMFA. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This being our 5th time as always Eileen never lets us down.... We will be back again....

This is a great rental! Hosts were flexible and accommodating with my last-minute request. Beautiful apartment in the extremely popular Fan district of Richmond. I thought it was even nicer than the pictures. Street parking was always available even though it is on a block with popular restaurants. I was only there on weekdays so it might be a bit more spirited on the weekends. Local restaurants, bars and markets abound. If you don’t mind normal city noise, it was very peaceful. I slept like a rock. I could hear footsteps from the upstairs apartment occasionally but absolutely nothing disturbing. I slept in the middle bedroom. I can’t speak for the front bedroom because I didn’t need to use it. Full kitchen was a plus and I really appreciated the coffee. I was also grateful for the washer/dryer. There was just the right amount of signage and instructions throughout. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay here for my nieces wedding at Fine Creek. It was so nice being right down the road. We found the house unique and my adult children also loved staying here. They did a wonderful job renovating the house. Thank you so much for sharing your home and we would love to stay here again!

This home was beautiful! So often Airbnbs are clearly flips, especially in Richmond . They are nice enough but you can tell someone bought it and renovated it solely to make money as an Airbnb host. This space was very different. This home is beautiful and is decorated according to the era in which it was built, while still being incredible comfortable and having all the amenities. The hosts were warm and friendly and had obviously lived here at some point because their recommendations were spot on and the home wasn’t bare bones and basic furniture. They had thought through what guests would need or want and made sure we felt comfortable in the space. This is a beautifully maintained, elegant and cozy home and our family loved staying here. Bonus: parking on the street was very easy (we always managed to get a spot right out front) and the AC worked very well.

This house was perfect for our one night stay. Decent location. The backyard was very peaceful as was the swing on the front porch. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Clean, private, parking was convenient and the last-minute booking was clutch. Reasonably priced and the place has a front porch to lounge on. A+ experience.

Usually I am a little apprehensive about sharing a space with the owners but my mind changed with this air bnb. Felt private, everything was clean amd very chic. In a secluded peaceful area but still driving distance from Richmond city center. A great place!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing home! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than we expected. The house had everything we needed—so comfortable and well-equipped that we didn’t even feel like going out! Every little detail was just right, making our trip feel extra special. This was a family trip before my mother’s return to Thailand, and staying here made it truly memorable. We are so grateful for the warmth, comfort, and care this home provided. We are repeat guests and they minute we find out we have to be in Richmond, it's an automatic click. The hospitality of the owners is top level. The house is well stocked and has pretty much all cooking supplies you could ever need. The pool was so key this last stay because it was so hot and the water was refreshing! We felt right at home. Great guest instructions and easy checking in as well as checking out. Again, automatic booking for us when we need to be in Richmond!

Hit reserved! Because from the very start, Kristina was highly responsive and considerate. Her home is truly a lovely, well appointed place of respite, that I found myself noting her design concepts, and landscaping ideas. So appealing was her home, that I wanted to spend more time in it. Then when I met Kristina it became clear that there is good reason for her super host status. She cares to provide her visitors an accommodation experience of the heart. The bedding was plush, and cozy, and while all was spotless, the bathroom was especially so, that it enabled my late night option for a soothing bath. In the morning after a peaceful slumber, my husband and I awoke refreshed to a pot of deliciously hot coffee and creme thoughtfully provided. Finally, it's conveniently located proximity to Richmond proper, offered the perfect place from which to drive quickly to Rockett's Landing for an evening of dinner and sunset views! Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!

Quiet, cozy and comfortable! We like staying in the Fan, walking to museums, restaurants, bars while staying on a quiet residential street. We enjoyed the small side porch for morning coffee. The compact kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend! Mei was a helpful host, anticipating our needs and responding to questions. The off street free parking was a nice bonus. This was our 4th stay in this unit and we plan to return!

This location was perfect! We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt safe doing so. The condo had everything needed and the bed is on the firmer side which was perfect for me!
