This Airbnb is as good as everyone else is saying. The view is amazing, the location is great (close to the town, amazing restaurants, and many attractions - Ulcinj really is a beautiful city with great beaches and cliffs all around) and the hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to accommodate their guests and make sure all is well. Great recommendations from them as well. Best of all, the apartment is as nice as it seems in the pictures and a perfect place to spend time alone or with another person

I had an incredible experience staying at Misha’s property! The host Mirko was an amazing—kind, understanding, and hospitable. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. Throughout my 30-day stay, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was always available with great recommendations, from entertainment to nearby restaurants and shops. He updated me on what was happening around the city. Super reliable and attentive! I’ll absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and will visit again.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. He had made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we were staying in detail. When we said we were here for a honeymoon, his wife Tatjana made a cake for us at home and even left drinks with it. We are very happy with this courtesy. The house was peaceful and very beautiful, as shown in the photos. It had its own pool, a pier where you could swim, and even a canoe you could use. Details such as bagels and play balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you're looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were really fascinating. Thank you very much again to Zdravko and Tatjana! :)

I was with my husband and parents in mid-October. The weather is perfect. Wonderful place, lovely hosts, beautiful home and views. Clean. Great amenities- there's everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Great starting point. Highly recommended☺️Agnieszka and Grzegorz with a family

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

I was on a one-week business trip in Montenegro and booked this apartment near Gorica Park because I wanted to take the opportunity to go for a run in the park in the evenings. The park is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment was absolutely clean and spotless. The host was consistently friendly and very helpful. The apartment was a bit cool, but overall, the value for money was excellent. I would definitely book this apartment again.
