A very central well equipped apartment with two good sized bedrooms. Clean and tidy and with everything you need for a great stay. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern with lots of little thoughtful touches to make our stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely return if I stayed in Bath again

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

Helen is not a super host she is an exceptionally super host! Her apartments are always amazing and extremely comfortable! Communication is no problem and we love staying with her!

Beautiful flat in an amazing location. Wondeffully decorated and very spacious. The bath was amazing in the bedroom a d the whole place was so comfortable and full of light. Great flat and will hope to use again if we revisit bath.

The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so close to the spa we could see it from the window, and a really short walk to the station. Really comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great value for money too.

Anna was fantastically helpful even with my changing schedule, and the space was great, very comfortable and as described. I used the stovetop for cooking frequently, everything was good there.

Ian was a great host. The home is so close and convenient to the restaurants and shops. All of the Cotswolds villages that we visited were amazing, but we are so glad that we decided to stay in Bourton-on-the-water.

House is just as described and has everything you need included. Very good central Cotswolds location ideal for a holiday. Lots of big supermarkets just 4 mins away which is handy for topping up and M&S food hall ideal for a nice quick dinner after a long day exploring! Also can thoroughly recommend The Inn in the Tree just 5 mins drive away, excellent food and very friendly. Lots of restaurants just down the road in Cheltenham too of course. We had a perfect stay!

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

We had a very relaxing stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and beautifully fitted and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. We walked into town as it is a pleasant downhill walk and got a taxi back but we could of also got a bus. Communicative and friendly hosts who made us feel welcome.

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The flat was beautiful—clean, stylish, and really comfortable. Anne Marie was so lovely and easy to communicate with, which made everything super smooth. Plus, the location was perfect—an easy walk to the city centre. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We had a lovely stay at Sophia’s place. Sophia sent us clear instructions on how to check in and information on parking. Sophia even sent us some information on the main tourist attractions in Bath! Sophia’s place is beautiful, we felt right at home. Sophia even left us a welcome basket with a few snacks. The accommodation itself is in a perfect location, taking only 10/15 minutes to get into Bath city centre. I definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling to Bath.

Lesley’s place was perfect - very convenient with lots of added things like coffee pods and charging cords - even with a little hiccup over parking Lesley sorted the issue quickly with as little disruption to us as possible - it’s a perfect base to explore Oxford and Lesley is great to communicate with .

A beautiful flat in a great location! Close enough to the city to explore, but in a lovely peaceful location. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were so comfortable for our stay and the parking (for 2 cars) was an added bonus. Everything was spot on and we'd definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The cot and high chair provided were perfect for our 1.5-year-old, and everything was very comfortable and easy. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking outside the apartment was full when we arrived on Friday evening, which made unloading a little tricky, but there was space on Sunday when we left so it may just have been the timing. Overall, a really nice base for our weekend and we’d definitely recommend it!
