Monthly Rentals in Shipmeadow

A fantastic stay away at Sergei’s place. Due to the weather we were moved from the railway car into the treehouse, Sergei was a very responsive and generous host. The farm itself is beautiful and was lovely to walk around in the morning. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The bed and living area was a extremely comfortable and we would happily stay again!

Lovely quirky little place to stay in a peaceful area. Perfect for a couple or family of 3. Hosts were really nice and friendly. The cats and chickens in the garden were lovely and a real novelty for my young son. So many interesting items relating to the music theme in the room and the big table football is a great addition. Everything we needed was in the room and everything was clean and tidy. There is only one sink in the bathroom but this is fine is you are only rinsing cups etc. Plenty of nearby places to eat out and visit. We woukd definitely recommend as an easy place to stay for a few nights.

Loved Coral's house - very characterful, surrounded by beautiful countryside but only a short drive to Beccles to pick London family up from the station, and once there, didn't need a car for a long weekend. Two very good pubs within walking distance, fun games room with snooker, table tennis, darts and Woodburner, hot tub, cosy sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating round the other wood burner for games nights - and a large kitchen table for family meals. Beds and linen/pillows were good quality. Would highly recommend for a long weekend away - and for the London crowd, it was easy to get to from St Pancreas after work on Friday night. Our Labrador loved it too! The only reason we haven't given 5 stars all round was that we messaged Coral during our stay and didn't have a response. Couldn't find check out details either - apart from Coral's initial message to say it was 10 am but she'd be in contact the night before if there was no one coming in & didn't hear from her.
