Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sferracavallo, Palermo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Filippo. Son appartement a un charme très authentique, la terrasse a une vue époustouflante, et nous avons pu faire de délicieuses citronnades et pasta al limone avec les citrons de son jardin! Filippo nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils, comme celui d’aller voir la Caletta Sant’Elia a 15 mns en voiture. Une vraie et belle découverte ! Merci encore à lui!

Quiet spot close to beautiful beaches

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, Gabriella, für diesen unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

superbe séjour dans la propriété de Roberto, avec vue panoramique à couper le souffle,dans un très joli jardin située à 30 minutes de palerme, 20min de segeste... Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, sympathique ,de bons conseils, très disponible et réactif, et nous a même amené quelques douceurs pour le petit déjeuner. une adresse à conseiller !

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

This place was an amazing location, walking distance to main sites including Catedrale. Getting in and out of Airbnb was very easy and we especially loved the terrace. Leandro was a great communicator. We would recommend to a friend!

Gute Organisation und Kommunikation, sehr gute Lage, viele Cafés und tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet, vieles lässt sich von hier fußläufig besichtigen. ich würde erneut buchen.

My stay in May was smooth and pleasant. The terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the great location—close to the beach—had the best balance of accessibility and natural beauty in the area. The building is on a quiet side street, which made it feel private and peaceful, it's still Italy though. A grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. Apartment and stay overall met all my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Communication with the host was super fast and friendly.

Es war alles perfekt, super netter Empfang und viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und alles sehr neu. Super ist das man auch einen Parkplatz hat und die Lage ist auch toll, viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Perfect location! Bedrooms are an amazing size. The terrace is a lovely touch. Really enjoyed our stay and the ease of it all. Host was spot on and very helpful. Only gripe was that we wish there were a few more wine glasses or coffee cups.. as there were only 2 of each and between 6 ladies that was a struggle! But not the end of the world!!! Loved it on the whole thanks.

Alessia’s place in the center of Palermo was amazing, the location is unbeatable and you can easily walk to most of the main locations and sites. It felt like we were in the very center of the city without it ever being too chaotic or loud near the apartment and the local recommendations Alessia gave were so helpful. I recommend staying here to everyone!

Siamo arrivati di domenica, l’host ci ha fatto trovare la casa pronta prima dell’orario del check-in (cosa molto apprezzata). Struttura ben fornita, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Nonostante fosse in alto, la posizione era ottima e la vista dal balconcino molto bella!! Ci tornerei sicuramente, super consigliata :)

Von der Buchung bis zum Check Out einfach ein Traum! Silvia meldet sich proaktiv und es absolut unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten reagiert sie gefühlt innerhalb von Sekunden. Auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck früher abzustellen bzw nach dem Check Out noch zu verwahren ist möglich! Die Wohnung ist der absolute Traum - makellos, stylish und entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Ein Ort, wo man sich sofort zuhause fühlt! Optimale Lage, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar - der Bus zum Flughafen und auch der Bus zum Strand (Mondello) ist um die Ecke! Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 6 ****** vergeben; die sind mehr als verdient! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - ich komme wieder :)

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse! Am Abend mit einem kühlen Getränk dort zu sitzen und den Menschen beim Singen und lachen unter einem zuzuhören war genauso schön wie in der Früh darauf zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist eine echte Wohnung, keine dauervermietete Sache wie sonst so oft und hat damit den Charme den man von den Anfängen von airbnb noch kennt. Viviana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Ich kann die Wohnung von Viviana nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

Cosy appartment on walkable distance from Palermo's historic center. The terrace is nice to relax. Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions and gave us useful tips for visiting the area. The appartment is on the top floor of the building with no elevator, I would pack light!

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

Giuseppe est un hôte attentionné et réactif. Son appartement correspondait exactement à l’annonce . Literie propre, et grande salle de bain. Appartement récent. Le quartier peut paraître déroutant, nous avons circulé en toute tranquillité et sécurité sains jamais avoir eu peur pour nos sacs à dos et affaires. Dans le frigo , il y avait des eaux fraîches, de quoi prendre nos petits déjeuner. Café et thé et plusieurs sortes de biscuits. Nous avons fait des machines à laver et fait sécher le linge sur le balcon à la mode Palermitaine sans souci. Les petites Ruelles nous ont mené au centre-ville très vite à pied avec plaisir de découvrir les habitants et la culture de Palerme. Cet appartement était vraiment très agréable avec la climatisation. Parfait pour notre séjour dans cette ville magnifique et pleine de contraste et couleurs. On recommande vivement cet appartement de Giuseppe Sebastiano . La team des Français

We had a great stay! The apartment is very close to all the activities in Palermo (market, cathedral, restaurants) and the terrace is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom and bedrooms were good as well. I recommend it

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !
