Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sferracavallo, Palermo

We stayed at Filippo's for 4 days. The terrace has an incredible sea view, and the orange grove next to the terrace is just a miracle. We picked oranges every day and made fresh juice. The apartment has everything you need - for cooking, for showering, for everything. The only thing is that this place is very quiet and I advise you to have a car to get somewhere. The restaurants were closed until 7 pm. If you go to Cefalù, it's not far and you can eat. The beach is a 5-minute drive from the apartment. The beach is very beautiful with a bay. The sea view from the terrace is just unrealistically beautiful. We liked everything, we had a car and there were no difficulties getting anywhere.

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't miss anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. Amazing and restful place. Beautiful garden, terrace. Stunning pool and private beach. The house is spacy and has all amenities. Roberto is a wonderful host, his welcoming was so warm. He was always responsive and recommended us very good places to enjoy ! Thank you again !

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

This place was an amazing location, walking distance to main sites including Catedrale. Getting in and out of Airbnb was very easy and we especially loved the terrace. Leandro was a great communicator. We would recommend to a friend!

The room is located in a beautiful and very special house from the inside, which has a lot of charm. Everything was clean and communication with Sven was reliable and nice. We stayed at the property for two nights and felt very comfortable. The direct neighborhood is not beautiful, but the house is located directly in the old town and is therefore superbly located and connected. I'd book the appartment again right away.

Francesco is a one of a kind person. We now consider him family. He is so kind and thoughtful. He even bought our 7 year old son a Spiderman body board which made his day. He was helpful throughout our entire stay with great recommendations. I cannot say enough about the private sea access and stunning views. This was the best stay for totally relaxing, and swimming in the sea everyday. This is a little off the beaten path and I recommend a car. The villa has private electric security gate at the top and we felt so safe with all the windows and doors opened to breathe that fresh sea air.

My stay in May was smooth and pleasant. The terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the great location—close to the beach—had the best balance of accessibility and natural beauty in the area. The building is on a quiet side street, which made it feel private and peaceful, it's still Italy though. A grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. Apartment and stay overall met all my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Communication with the host was super fast and friendly.

Everything was excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the insidious sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with pricing should everything be better priced in. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry cloth separately. I would always rate everything and work with weekly discounts. So clearly short = more expensive (legitimate). That fixed, it couldn't be better.

Perfect location! Bedrooms are an amazing size. The terrace is a lovely touch. Really enjoyed our stay and the ease of it all. Host was spot on and very helpful. Only gripe was that we wish there were a few more wine glasses or coffee cups.. as there were only 2 of each and between 6 ladies that was a struggle! But not the end of the world!!! Loved it on the whole thanks.

Alessia’s place in the center of Palermo was amazing, the location is unbeatable and you can easily walk to most of the main locations and sites. It felt like we were in the very center of the city without it ever being too chaotic or loud near the apartment and the local recommendations Alessia gave were so helpful. I recommend staying here to everyone!

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

Perfect location, nice decorated flat with a beautiful balcony to enjoy breakfast and a beer. Viviana was always friendly and responsive.

A really nice accommodation with a great location. The apartment has a lovely private roof terrace. Restaurants and bars are right on the doorstep. You can get to the shopping street quickly. Because of the bars it is still quite loud in the evening. We therefore recommend earplugs or joining in.

Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

We enjoyed our stay at Valentina's place. Valentina is an excellent host, always responds very quickly and is very helpful. All inquiries etc. will be resolved by her in no time. Her tips about the area, restaurants, etc. were also very helpful and gave us good ideas. Very convenient for the long stay was the regular exchange of towels and linens, which is otherwise not common in many accommodations. If we are looking for an apartment with a beautiful roof terrace in Palermo again, we will be happy to come back!

Giuseppe is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment matched the listing exactly. Clean bedding, and large bathroom. New apartment. The neighborhood may seem confusing, we walked around in peace and safety without ever being afraid for our backpacks and belongings. In the fridge, there was fresh water, enough for our breakfast. Coffee, tea and several kinds of cookies. We did laundry and dried it on the balcony in the Palermo fashion without a care. The small alleys led us to the city center very quickly on foot with pleasure to discover the inhabitants and the culture of Palermo. This apartment was really very nice with air conditioning. We had a great stay! The apartment is very close to all the activities in Palermo (market, cathedral, restaurants) and the terrace is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom and bedrooms were good as well. I recommend it
