Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sferracavallo, Palermo

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

Carlo and Laura’s place is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Apartment is well equipped with everything one needs at home and on the beach. One feels like at home, it’s very cosy. There is a beautiful view from their terrace. Apartment is located in a few meters from the sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are many bars and restaurants and groceries close by. And the city center is easily accessible by bus which stops close to the apartment. Communication with Carlo was easy and pleasant. Thank you Carlo and Laura for hosting us!

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop within 5 minutes. Thank you very much to Giada and her kind father.

Really nice accommodation. Clean and in a quiet but strategic location just 10 minutes from the beach. Arianna was extremely caring and helpful. He gave us great advice on restaurants and also left a kind thought for our anniversary, very welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

We had a great time at Giovanni’s house. The house is big and has good vibes and makes you feel thrown back to the “belle époque”:) Some things could be renovated but it’s charming. Everything was cleaned very well!! The location is great, just right by the beach. It’s a good place to stay with friends and family. Giovanni is extremely friendly and helpful. He always responded to our messages and helped out. He got a crib for our baby and 2 highchairs which was very helpful. Grazie mille Giovanni!!

cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Sergio's flat is in a block built by his own grandfather, and is finished to a high standard of design and elegance typical of the 1930's. It is well placed for the city's main attractions and plenty of good restaurants. Sergio was as a generous and responsive host and we had a great time staying with our daughter and son-in-law who were visiting from New York for a friend's wedding. Highly recommended

A beautiful little apartment in a perfect location. Perfect for us!

Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

After 15 years on Airbnb I can say that Andrea and his mom are the best hosts I’ve ever experienced- outstanding hospitality, kindness and so helpful. We felt right at home and got the best recommendations and tips along the way. Andrea was always reachable and responsive. They went the extra mile! We hope to come back 💚

Paola’s apartment was the perfect place to call home in Palermo. It was clean, cozy, & so well-located. Lots of good restaurants & sites nearby, & Paola was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The place was super located for someone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. The property is a 15-minute walk from the beach. Some restaurants and a supermarket are within a 3-5 minute walk. The outdoor area is very cute, with seating area and outdoor kitchen. The bedroom is quietly located with great views of the countryside. The walls are a bit thin, but we personally had no problems with the adjacent guests, who were very quiet and whom we hardly ever heard. Guido always responded quickly, helpfully and very professionally. Even in the case of problems that were not our fault, a solution was found immediately. The Wi-Fi worked well and is definitely sufficient for remote work. The place is highly recommended!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

Matteo greeted us on arrival and was present at checkout. It's very nice to meet the owner of the apartment. We had plenty of tips on sightseeing and excursions around Palermo. Matteo even checked in with us during our stay. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well located. I recommend it in a second!

Staying at this beautiful attic apartment was definitely one of our highlights of Palermo. We felt so much at home. The apartment is one of the most bautiful AirBnbs we‘ve ever stayed at. Francesco was so friendly hosting and recieving us personally. The bedroom was very quiet to sleep in and the balcony was so beautiful, especially in the morning sun. We‘ve had our coffee there every morning. Grazie mille for everything, we hope to be back one day! :)

Amazing stay at Francesca’s. The place looks just like the pictures, but is pleasantly bigger than expected. Everything is super clean and we felt very much at home. The location is perfect—very close to all the action, but on a quiet street. I especially liked the terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Spontaneously we decided to prolong our stay in Sicily and found the “treasure” of apartment because of a free time slot. And we didn’t regret it at all. Massimiliano’s apartment is downtown Palermo, in the middle of dynamic streets and Mercato del Capo, but quite at night, safe, clean, bright. We did enjoy it very much. Nice little balcony with an amazing view to Cattedrale di Palermo, a modern fee-paying parking garage nearby. Massimiliano gave us great restaurant recommendations, the communication with him was easy and friendly and the check-in and -out were very flexible. We fully recommend this apartment to people who love to stay in a vibrant city with good food, friendly people, lot of things to do and spots to visit - everything without using the car. Hope to visit Palermo again in this pretty apartment. Grazie mille:-)

We had a great time. The apartment is beautiful, as described. Our hosts were particularly helpful and welcoming. Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Unique is the correct word to use. This is a work of art or should I say many works of art.All put together with love and great attention. it is also extremely homely and comfortable. Paolo is easy to contact and extremely responsive looking to enhance your Palermo experience with his replies. The location is a great place to explore Palermo and beyond, both on foot and using public transport. If you are looking for la vita tranquilla, remember you are in busy city. We certainly had a wonderful time staying at Paolo’s and it was an experience we won’t forget.
