Monthly Rentals in Setla

We really loved this place — it’s cozy, easy to find, and full of sweet memories! Even without a car, it’s super accessible. We took the ALSA bus from downtown Valencia, then walked about 15 mins — smooth even with two suitcases! Frederique gave us lots of privacy — we barely saw her but felt well taken care of. The room used to be her daughter’s, full of cute manga, Kuromi, and Japanese vibes — we felt so at home! There’s a little kitchen, a comfy sofa, and even a computer. The area’s perfect too: Carrefour and Mercadona nearby, and great jogging paths! If you want to go to the beach, a bike helps. Don’t forget sunscreen — I got tanned a lot haha! We also experienced a once-in-a-century blackout here — wild but unforgettable! Thanks for everything, Frederique! (´▽`)♡

Beautiful location to spend the winter. Denia is close, easy to get there by bike/car. Nice restaurants. Beautiful cycling area. Ondara with large shopping center is within cycling distance. In short, we are very satisfied with our choice for this apartment and location.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was nice and clear, no clutter. Absolutely spotless. The terrace was amazing, lovely and big, nice furniture and the views were breathtaking. Kitchen was spotless and had everything you needed . Bathrooms were lovely and clean. The location was great, 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which was never very busy, the same as the pool and this was in August. Lovely restaurants about 20 min walk. The area was nice and peaceful. One minor thing for us was having to buy bedding and towels as we came from the UK and our luggage allowance was not a lot. Viktor was a great host. Always responsive. We will definitely return to this apartment.

We had a great time, time flew by. The house is just as it appears in the photos, it is cozy, beautiful and has all kinds of necessary accessories to spend some excellent days. The pool is great. Thanks to Felipe for his attention, always available for any questions.
