Lucianas Partner nahm uns freundlich in Empfang und erklärte alles über das Haus ausführlich. Ruhe und die Nähe zu Natur ist herrlich. Wer gerne wandert und vom Liegestuhl auf die Berge schaut ist hier richtig. Schöne Terrasse! Das Haus ist sehr klein,aber für 2 Personen perfekt. 1 Schlafstelle im Giebel evtl für älteres Kind noch vorhanden. 3 Essplätze im Untergeschoss. Alles natürlich eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe und Originalität. Danke an Luciana und Franco.

Christophe was warm and hospitable, meeting us both and check-in and check-out, sharing tips and information about the region and giving a walkthrough of the place. We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub after long days out. I would certainly recommend it for travelers who are on the move during the day and looking for a quiet place to rest for the night.

Cedric e Noémie sono 2 padroni di casa attenti e gentilissimi. Da subito si sono resi disponibilissimi e gentili. La loro casa è magnifica, calda, accogliente e dispone di tutto sia che sia breve o una lunga permanenza. È' forse una delle case maggiormente arredate con gusto e cervello e gode di un panorama eccezionale. È stata una bella esperienza e anche per chi cani è perfetta. Vicinissima ai negozi ma nello stesso tempo isolata per stare tranquilli. Accesso comodo e facile! È stata una bellissima esperienza.

Trois nuits dans un hameau de rêve. Première expérience de la montagne à 63 ans : un merveilleux souvenir ! Chalet cosy et bien équipé dans une zone non connectée aux réseaux traditionnels : eau potable captée en amont dans le torrent, électricité par panneaux solaires et télévision par satellite. Théo prévient de faire ses provisions avant de monter, consigne à suivre si l’on ne veut pas perdre de temps à redescendre à Briançon. Si l’on choisit ce type de séjour, c’est pour profiter au maximum du lieu isolé. Magnifiques randonnées en pleine forêt ou en haute montagne au départ du chalet (GR5 entre autre). Le torrent dans le jardin permet d’apprécier d’autant plus le bonheur d’être en pleine nature. S’il doit faire la joie des enfants en plein été, ce n’était pas trop conseillé à la mi-septembre 😉. Théo est ponctuel et complètement disponible avant, à l’arrivée et au départ. La salle d’eau mérite une visite à elle seule par la recherche et le réemploi d’objets anciens « modernisés ».

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par les propriétaires. L’appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et atypique. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Le lieu est calme et des petits restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Nous recommandons !

Un petit bijou d'une propreté irréprochable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, une décoration choisie avec soin et plein de petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et bonheur chez Laura

Nous avons loué ce logement pour un mariage aux Karellis, la station est à 5 minutes en voiture. Genevieve est discrète mais présente si vous avez besoin de conseils, de quoi se sentir comme à la maison. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel ! La petite terrasse avec la vue est un gros plus. Le cadre est idéal pour les amoureux de vélo, Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer, à vous de choisir. Merci encore à Genevieve et son mari pour leur accueil !

Magnifique séjour chez Fabrice. Superbe accueil dans une maison absolument incroyable. Il ne manque absolument rien. Nous étions 10 amis cyclistes et la maison est au centre de tous les activités et tous les cols. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine expédition sportive !

Great place to stay. We drove from the UK with our little dog. The apartment is well laid out. We especially liked the bedroom with large and comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was good and allowed us to stream Netflix etc. The apartment comes with secure underground parking. We were able to leave our skis and boots in the car and then drive down to the ski lift. (You do need to be there around 9am to ensure a space, although a new multi story car park is under construction). The lift was never busy and it gets you to the ski area very quickly. This is a very quiet area. There is a bar, restaurant and swimming pool in the complex but we didn’t make use of them. The motorway that passes is in a tunnel, so no road noise. There is also a network of local footpaths. In conclusion we had a fantastic week, and hope to return next year.

Hôte super réactif, contacté le matin pour un siphon bouché, il est passé dès le soir. l’appartement est super bien agencé et équipé. Juste en face de l’arrêt de la navette, où à moins de dix minutes à pied du télécabine tout neuf du PONTILLAS qui vous dépose au cœur du domaine.

Booked in with a friend for a few days of skiing. The apartment is as described, very well equipped and comfortable. It was modern and importantly warm. Monica was great in responding to messages and helped us with a recommendation and booking of a local restaurant which was great. The whole process was smooth. Do specify if your guests require the sofa bed as well as the bedroom so that the correct amount of bed lining can be prepared in advance. If you’re a light sleeper there are noises from the apartment or building which were loud enough to disturb. But it wouldn’t put me off returning.

Esperienze ancor meglio delle aspettative. Casa bellissima, ogni stanza con il suo bagno, cucina attrezzata, ampi spazi conviviali sia all'interno che all'esterno, piscina pulita, luogo tranquillo ma facile da raggiungere con le giuste indicazioni. Abbiamo soggiornato in undici senza mai essere d'impiccio l'una con le altre. Host disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. Consigliatissimo

Appartamento super confortevole, accogliente, arredato in legno, dotato anche di doppio servizio, cucina con tutto il necessario. Per non parlare di Alessia la proprietaria, che è super simpaticissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è situata in una frazione di Sestriere, luogo non molto trafficato e tranquillo. All'esterno è possibile godere di un ottimo panorama sulle montagne e di un pacifico silenzio alpino. Che altro dire: super consigliato! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Just back from a great stay at Robertas apartment. Perfect for what we needed as a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 9. Warm and cosy. Very clean. Lots of storage space. Very quiet apartment block only 5-7 minutes walk away for us to the pistes. Roberta was so helpful and so responsive to our different needs throughout the holiday. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect verblijf voor een skivakantie in Via Lattea. Als je de straat oversteekt ben je direct op de 3bis piste richting Borgata. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement is wat verouderd, maar super gezellig ingericht en heel proper! Beddengoed en handdoeken worden voorzien. Zeer kleine keuken, maar uiteindelijk alles wat je nodig hebt!

Hôte très sympathique, disponible et réactif. La vue depuis la maison est incroyable. Elle est très agréable et confortable. Le petit hameau voisin est charmant et paisible. C'est juste à côté de la Grave et du Chazelet et pas très loin en voiture des Deux Alpes et de Serre Chevalier. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Het is een perfecte plek als je op zoek bent naar rust en mooie natuur ver weg van alles en midden tussen de bergen. Verwacht zoals het bij een berghut hoort geen overmatige luxe, wel schoon en mooi. Behalve de koeien en een paar poezen waren verder niemand in de andere paar huizen doordeweeks. Hou wel rekening dat de weg ernaar toe onverhard is met de auto. Voor ons was het prima, dat de wc en badkamer niet in hetzelfde huisje was. We zijn de dagen dat we er waren alleen op de berg gebleven en je kan wandelen vanaf het hutje. Nicoletta is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een mooie tijd genoten.
