I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

Our stay at the open house was one of the finest Airbnb experiences of all. The space was tastefully done, clean withe kindest and the most proactive host. location pretty central and accessible. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer creative break.

It was great experience overall during the entire stay. The whole team worked like well oiled machine to deliver smooth experience, right from Sheetal and Maria to get you quick and easy check-in, to walking you through the property and explaining the things around, providing you on anything specific on need ( ex - we requested for mixer and pressure cooker to prepare food for our 1 year old), team also provides any contacts if you require for bikes, rental cars, taxis or be any tips to explore local surrounding, restaurants, joints etc. Though in house food ordering is available, we ordered mostly through Swiggy & Zomato, which was allowed in the property. Pools are clean and most of the time empty and great to spend time. Housekeeping staff - Sharmila & team will ensure daily cleaning and room readiness, with always smile on their faces. It was great stay for our entire family which included 7 adults and 2 kids, with two(1 suv size) cars ( yes parking is not an issue). Thanks 🙏

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2BHK home in Varca, South Goa. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house had a calm, welcoming vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and one of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us for nearby beaches and restaurants. It really helped us make the most of our time in the area and discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The location was also ideal—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive from Varca beach and other nearby attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in South Goa. Would love to come back!

Amazing place to stay, had all the amenities along with refreshing pool and gym. Everything was properly maintained and clean would recommend anyone looking for a cozy and nice place. Host also considered our last minute changes and was very responsive

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

it was one of the best bnbs i have been to. sunaina is exceptionally friendly and understanding. i recommend the stay and interacting with her. it's been a very smooth one week and i would do it all over again. i have no questions about which bnb to book for goa the nect time :)

Definitely a recommended property, I stayed with my family for three days and there is nothing I can think of as an opportunity in this property. Ritu made me feel at home, we enjoyed preparing our own food, very calm and peaceful society. Perfect option for a family of 2 to 3 members. I will prefer staying here if I ever travel down to Goa again. Nearby beaches are within 20 mins. Thank you Ritu for being there everytime I required assistance.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
