Vacation rentals with a patio in Selsey

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Arrived on Friday evening as only staying for 3 night as I’m working down here. The room and kitchen and bathroom was spotless Adrian was very approachable and helpful with directions where to go for food etc. Would highly recommended again and will be booking again if available. Thank you Adrian

My sister and I took our 90 year old Mother (with early stage dementia) away for four days along with our dog and we had such a lovely time. The flat was just as described, fresh clean linen and towelling, a lovely garden and summer house, a good sized kitchen and very comfortable living room and very comfortable beds. The heating kicked in very quickly which was an added bonus too. Christine was quick to reply to any of my questions and we had some great recommendations for restaurants, dog walks, charity shops (the one closest was like an air hanger!) and garden centres to visit. We had a wheelchair to navigate so it was vital to do our research beforehand. It was an extra bonus to find an air fryer in her kitchen - maybe it was on the kitchen list and I missed it! All in all a very lovely stay and I would totally recommend to one and all.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Great place

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at The Retreat and everything was perfect, from the decor to the view. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, the kitchen was modern, spacious and very well equipped and everything was clean. We loved the space we had on the terrace, it was an ideal spot for us to socialise and it came with such a wonderful sea view! There wasn't any noticeable noise from the other properties in the block, it was very peaceful. I slept in the large bedroom at the front of the property and loved hearing the sea during the night.

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with our two young children & in-laws. The view took our breath away when we first arrived. We loved having the beach access at the end of the garden where the kids enjoyed crabbing most mornings & evenings. We walked in to Ryde numerous times, both along the street but also along the beach when the tide was out. We all slept incredibly well in the very comfy beds. Great amenities and well stocked kitchen. Would 100% recommend for a beautiful stay away on the Isle of Wight. Thanks Beth!

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

This is a beautiful home that is just ready for you to settle in to. The photos don’t do the cottage justice, it felt much larger and views all around were amazing. Bedding and towels were of a really good quality. It was beyond our expectations and we would love to stay there again. The hosts could not have been more accommodating with flexible arrival and departure times and were a joy to deal with.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

Beautiful, bright and spacious apartment. Large rooms with a well equipped kitchen, especially loved the dishwasher, washer and drier with two kids in tow. Also lots of options for the kids with the TV: Netflix, YouTube, prime video and others. Was good for movie watching when we got a rainy afternoon. Super close to the ferry, but also a big Waitrose nearby and easy to get all over the island. We really enjoyed going to the Needles and Ryde. We walked and took the chain ferry over to Cowes where we found some nice restaurants. It was nice to have gated parking, where there was plenty of space. We enjoyed our first visit to the Isle of Wight and will definitely be back.

Lovely private annexe. Very homely touches and incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The guide books that Vicki and Richard have compiled are incredible reading - definitely have a look - chock full of local recommendations and information. A stylish well equipped space in a peaceful corner of the island.

Perfect unit for a couple to relax and enjoy the incredible ocean view. Great amenities and a lovely welcome pack. Martin was able to offer us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Quiet location with only the sound of the waves and a few seagulls, yet very close to things to do. Easy on site parking.

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

We had such a lovely weekend at Louise's property. The place was really lovely and clean and felt really homely. The location was great, it was minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Louise was a lovely host. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay on Hayling Island.

Fiona's apartment is a very good size for a one bed apartment and it was very clean and bright - looks even better in real life than in the photographs. Location was excellent and we were fortunate to get parking across from the apartment for the 2 nights that we were there. We didn't get to meet Fiona but communication was always very friendly and timely. We look forward to returning for another visit at some point in the near future

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.
