We loved it here - a spot of tranquility in a cosy nook away from it all. Lovely walks along the sea, and lots of great seafood places to dine at, or bring back fish to cook at home. Penelope was so accommodating and her local recommendations were spot on. Such a comfortable annex, with lovely shower gel and all sorts of creature comforts. We truly enjoyed our stay at Pebble Beach. The flat is comfortable and well laid out, with a cosy bedroom, clean bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The private roof terrace with sea views was a real highlight, and being just steps from the beach made it a perfect spot to unwind. What meant the most to us was the host’s exceptional kindness — they went out of their way to extend our stay during a health issue, and we’re so grateful for their understanding and support. Selsey is a peaceful and charming seaside town, ideal for relaxing walks and quiet moments. While the property itself is simple, the beautiful location and the care shown by the host made our visit truly special. Thank you again for everything — your thoughtfulness made a big difference

If you want a peaceful holiday hideaway close to the beach, you couldn't go wrong with Greg and Lynne's lovely little pad. We live locally and stayed here while having building work done, and it was perfect for us : had everything we needed including excellent WiFi. Greg and Lynne are super friendly, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody wanting to holiday in our beautiful littlel coastal town in West Sussex.

Little Beacon was the perfect cozy house from which to explore the Selsey beach. The house was a great size for our family, and we enjoyed the option of sitting inside in the conservatory or outside on the terrace. Very quiet surroundings and lovely to just open the stable front door and breathe in the sea air and amazing view of the beach right in front of you. All together a great place for a weekend get away.
