Waterfront vacation rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

Charming apartment, equipped and decorated "like home", in a very nice and well-connected neighborhood. It was the ideal place to make the most of the Paris Olympics.

Nathaniel’s, flat is in a vibrant, brimming atmosphere. I enjoyed the people, the vibes and location. Every one was lively and happy. The Metros are close by, as well as many shops, cafés, Markets etc. Nathaniel is very responsive host who truly wants you to enjoy your time. I would book again

Such an incredible experience in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this apartment and had an amazing time living like locals. We explored all over Paris during our two-week stay but kept finding the restaurants, cafes and bakeries in this part of this city were the best so we didn't have to gofar. The apartment is on the top floor so it gets lots of natural light and was very comfortable and quiet. Jérôme met us when we checked in and gave us great recommendations for places to check out nearby. He was very communicative and super easy to work with. We highly recommend and hope to get to revisit soon!

Candice and Alexandre were great hosts. They were flexible in allowing us access to the apartment and had a colleague meet us to let us into the car park and give us the keys etc. They were also always available and friendly in response to our communication. The location was great; there are multiple restaurants right on the canal outside the door. We loved having a balcony overlooking the canal. It was a treat to be able to have breakfast on the balcony and a glass on wine in the evening. I picked the location as I wanted to be close to La Villette park area. My daughters (6) and (11) loved the playground and carnival rides and the science center there. Also it was a short walk to the Metro and straight shot to the Louvre etc. The location added to our experience as it felt like a more diverse and dynamic living neighborhood of Paris versus staying directly in the city center. I also appreciated the flexibility of having a reserved parking spot.

My family and I had the most amazing stay at Diane's place! I can not recommend it enough. The communication with Diane was great throughout the entire stay, and she was very helpful with recommendations and making sure everything was as it should be for us. the place itself is great - especially for people traveling with kids. Same goes for the neighborhood. All in all a perfect stay for a getaway in Paris.

This accommodation is ideally located: the metro is a stone's throw away, and everything is nearby – a counter and a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building and charming restaurants along the Seine 5 minutes' walk away. A big thank you to Philippe and Bernard for their clear communication and availability. I would recommend it!

This house is perfectly located for visiting Paris; by car or by public transport. Easy, free parking in the neighborhood. Nice views from the house over the river Marne and walking-paths near the river and very fast communications with the owner when there was a small problem with the internet that was solved very quickly. I really enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. The apartment includes a bedroom and a living room and is relatively large compared to what is common in Paris, especially considering the amount required for it. The area is full of restaurants and shops of all types and species within walking distance, and even includes two movie theaters. The view from the window to the Canal Saint-Martin is beautiful and the bedroom is very quiet. It is not the city center, so there are no tourists here, only Parisians, which adds to the charm of the place. Transportation is very convenient and there are several metro stations two minutes away from the apartment, so you can easily get to and from anywhere. Martin herself answered every question/request in less than an hour and was very available and helpful. I have been to Paris several times in different apartments but the next time I come I will return to this apartment again if it is available.

In addition to the accommodation being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Ideal place! We go very quickly to central Paris thanks to the train station just opposite, while enjoying the atmosphere and services of a more peaceful community. There's room in this newly renovated home. Be careful when you are very connected, no wifi and 3/4/5G networks are quite weak.

It’s a beautiful stylish apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Heline and Sebastien were so friendly and responsible for any question that I ask. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Arnaud's place. It was clean and comfortable. Arnaud was super communicative and helpful. Lagny is quiet and cute with a wonderful downtown with lovely cafes, bakeries, and shops. It was very easy to get to the river only a few minutes away for a nice walk or run, and the train station/buses that take you to Disney and/or Paris were very easy to access from this location. It was perfect for our trip!

The area is the perfect location in Paris for seeing all the sites. Train stations nearby but walking distance to most things. View of the water, the Eiffel Tower and the skyline wonderful. Catherine was friendly and helpful - she even did our laundry for us. We would definitely recommended Catherine’s place. It is compact but has all you need.

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is spacious for 4 people, very clean, only 5 minutes from the metro if you want to visit the capital. Free parking space but sometimes not easy to find. The setting is pleasant with its canal and Sheikh responds quickly if we have any questions, thank you for this stay!

Mengnan and Pierre have a keen sense of hospitality: they open their doors as they open their hearts, with simplicity and sincerity. Their open-minded spirit and innate sense of hospitality reminded me of the original couchsurfing... What a pleasure!

The apartment is the perfect location for playing tourist in Paris. The unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower fills the window in the living room and bedroom. Getting to the Tower is an easy walk across the bridge. The metro and bus stops are very close and connect you to everything. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Some previous reviews mention street noise - if you are used to city sounds, this is nothing more than passing traffic. My son slept on the giant sofa in the living room. The host provided sheets and it was extremely comfortable - an adult could sleep on it easily. Please note that the curtains and shutters that fold down outside the windows do not completely block the light. Some streetlight comes through at night, but it is not too bright. However, expect anyone sleeping in the living room to wake with the morning sun. Our host, Samy, was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.
