Vacation rentals with a kayak in Seine-Saint-Denis

This was our first trip to Europe. Raphaels place was perfect. Great location. Such good communication and quick responses. Close to restaurants and transportation. Very central location to Eiffel Tower. View from balcony amazing. Everything I wished for from mt trip to Paris. Highly recommended

The building and unit were new and rather chic. The rooms are big, we don't feel cramped and it was hot when we arrived. Parking space is a real plus. Several convenience stores are a 5-minute walk away. Maëva was very responsive to bring us something we were missing. It's only a shame that the decoration is not pushed at all, there is not a book and some furniture is placed in a strange and not very functional way. For one night it's no big deal, but it might be the case for a longer stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Two of my friends and I stayed here for a Parisian girl’s trip. We loved the apartment. It was styled beautifully and Alexis and Elodie made us feel welcome upon arrival with a bottle of champagne and homemade Madeleines. The views from our rooms were stunning - the beautiful Butte Chaumont park on one side and the Sacre Coeur on the other. We enjoyed having breakfast each morning on the terrace and walking in the park. We would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wants more space and wonderful views in Paris! The hosts were also very responsive and easy going.

It was very easy to find the place. Maxime helped us with what we needed. The place is very close to the train station and in 20-30 minutes you are in the heart of Paris. It is excellent location for visiting Paris.

A fairly spacious and pleasantly open home. Clean upon check-in. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Paris☺️. The environment is particularly quiet, which is perfect for opening the windows. The host was very nice and super responsive on the phone. Communication was fluid, fairly quick response from him, always present☺️.
