Melissa went above and beyond during our stay so far as to help guide us to the home due to road closures from an accident on i70. Our family truly appreciated Melissa’s willingness to help us out of a jam that may have upended the start of our 10day road trip with two young kids.

Spacious 3 bedroom plus office!

this home especially the small town felt peaceful and so calm. my daughter said right away when we came in that she felt such a calming presence. we all got amazing sleep and the beds are comfortable. the home had everything you needed. my youngest loved the play room and we enjoyed alot of the game boards . my furrs loved the back yard and after long drives they where so happy to stretch their legs. the host was extreamly helpful when I had questions. by far this is my husband's favorite town the food was fresh at the Safeway and the people there were very friendly.

Spacious charming farmhouse - dedicated office

When pilling in, we were a little nervous about the appearance of the surrounding buildings (abandoned warehouse & broken down truck on one side, run down looking house w/ RV parked out front towards the back), but my oh my was this house a heavenly oasis!!! The yard is completely fenced in with a tolling gate to privatize and secure the compound. The house is phenomenal — extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. It is also impeccably clean. The photos don’t even do the property justice. The upstairs is two big rooms and a gorgeous bathroom w/ a great bathtub. Downstairs are a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, two bedrooms, another beautiful bathroom with a large shower, and a large living room and an even larger dining room — not to forget an office area. This was the nicest house we rented along our trip in terms of the finishes, decoration, and space. Great stop on the way into CO. A++++

Great option to break up our travel from Colorado to Missouri. We messaged Kara to verify availability while just an hour away and she responded within minutes & had the lights and heat on when we arrived. Cute house - renovated, clean, and everything you'll need. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home. Great stay - highly recommend.

Eli and Jasmine are exactly what an Airbnb host should be ! They were sooo responsive to my needs and concerns. I got stuck at the house during a snow storm they made sure the heater was working properly and came to clean the driveway. The house is beautiful with much detail put into place and fully stock of anything you might need. The house is beautiful felt cozy and everything was at my reach. My stay was amazing thanks to Eli and Jazmie !!

Our stay was good! Check in was easy, super nice hosts and very helpful. enjoyed the room.

Robert’s place is just what you want when you stay in Limon. We had a few reasons for coming here and we felt right at home! Super comfortable and clean. Not a lot of options around Flagler, but this was a great Little find that met our needs.

Such a cozy place, was traveling during such a brutal cold spell. Really enjoyed my time there! :). Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I stayed with my grandson for 4 days to spend time with my family that live in Flagler. We were in and out as our family time was important. The old hotel is a piece of history for me as I grew up there. Glad to see the old building is in use. I realize it is a big undertaking to restore the building. Next time I will bring more grandkids knowing you have a room with bunk beds. Thank you for making this possible.
