This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

Old Town Hall: Spacious apartment in the Black Forest with high-quality equipment. Nice location in the center of Gernsbach-Lautenbach, about 5 minutes from Gernsbach by car. Small outdoor seating in front of the house. Beautiful view of the Lautenfelsen. Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The property is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.

Our apartment "Mühlenlounge" deserves its name. We live in an old oil mill, a short walk from the attractive city center of Haslach, where the preserved half-timbered framework is impressive. The Mühlenlounge has a loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved. Nevertheless, the state of the art in this apartment is modern, such as TV, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, etc.
