Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Seccheto

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous place, warm and generous host - this is a unique experience where everything feels good, with eye for detail and comfort. Nice daytrips (Petra Winery and villages, coast) to be mixed with relaxing and enjoying the view. Very grateful for the three days, the kindness, dog Pepe, the fab handpicked wild flower bouquets and nice conversations. Going up and down the mountain is an experience too and so worth it!!!! Big thank you Susanna, also for the drives and the car! Would love to come back & we recommend this big and comfi appartement for 2-3 day stay or longer!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

We had a great stay at Victoria’s place. It’s nice and central and super easy to reach places from there. The apartment was clean and we loved the garden! Of course you hear the road a little, but therefore we could reach everything quickly and had a lot of privacy. Great stay!

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely be back

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. We had a lovely time at Elena's and felt very comfortable. Elena and Luca are very helpful and always available. Very quiet environment, there is only one car passing by every few minutes. Close to beautiful beaches and Tuscan villages. But you need a car to get to the place and get around. Beautiful, well-kept garden with barbecue and herbs for cooking. Next door is a 2nd apartment with which the terrace is shared, a kind of privacy screen would be nice here (e.g. a plant) and opaque curtains in the bedroom so that you can sleep with the window open - both but only small things, otherwise everything was great! We would book here again :)

We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

The vacation home is very cozy and medeterian. The rooms are pleasantly cool even without air conditioning thanks to the ground floor and under the shade of the beautiful pine trees. The seating area with BBQ and outdoor shower is brilliant. Beach, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the location in a quiet neighborhood. Parking fenced and away from the street. The private access to the botanical garden is a privilege to find tranquility from the busy beach and use infrastructure such as sun loungers umbrellas and even hammocks between the trees and picnic areas. There is even drinking water. Very nice sunsets! Host very friendly and helpful, reliable and quick feedback via email when booking. Can only recommend the accommodation and felt very comfortable! Only the many mosquitoes were a bit tedious.

We had a such a lovely time at Serendipity Villa, the pool area is great and Christine is kind and responsive.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We spent a wonderful week in San Vincenzo in this essential but extremely comfortable home, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We were traveling with a 3-month-old girl and a dog, and we immediately felt comfortable. The location is truly priceless: it only takes a few steps to find yourself on the beach, which made every day simple and enjoyable. A big thank you to the hosts, kind, welcoming and always available for any need. We have created a good relationship with them, so much so that we will definitely come back just to say hello if we are in the area again.

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
