I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at The Modern Farm Loft. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The loft is light, spacious, and very comfortable. Griff (Orvil) and Kristan were very thoughtful in the amenities provided for a guest, and all of the amenities were readily available. Griff and Kristan were amazing hosts! They were responsive, flexible, and helpful. Also, they made great recommendations and guidance for enjoying various activities. They are lovely hosts and people. The Modern Farm Loft is definitely on our favorites list.

Fabulous back house on an active farm. Beautiful location. Henry is a wonderful host. Loved our second visit here and look forward to a third.

We had a wonderful time at Amy’s charming cottage. It was a wonderful stay, with great beds and nice linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable places to sit! Shower was excellent— hot! With great water pressure. Short drive to Georgetown— beautiful setting in farm country. Amy is an excellent host— friendly, personable, and communicative— you can tell she really cares about providing a lovely spot for guests to stay. We will certainly check with her first when we next need a spot for the Lexington area.
