A perfect location for us. The property is very spacious and clean. It is very well equipped, kitchen wise but also a few books and games too, DVDs/CDs etc. I loved the thoughtful touches: a nightlight at the top of the stairs and in the massive bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. Sally and John were fabulous hosts: very helpful and communicative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our second visit and perfectly situated for visiting our sister lives nearby. We loved the accommodation and found Maria and her husband to be on hand and very helpful. We will book again when next visiting Cornwall.

A great little place for a family or group of friends to explore Cornwall. Liz is a fantastic host, and was super accommodating.

This place is something special. You can easily watch the sun go down as the moon comes up from your deck with no blocks to the views. Total quiet most of the time unless the hooves of horses occasionally can be heard . It is so comfortable and cosy inside. Walking distance to a post office, pub shop and takeaway . Beautiful walks too around the nearby campsite and river . Clare is the perfect host , friendly, cheerful and kind ,ensuring you total privacy yet immediate help if necessary . Eden is a perfect name for the home. . It really is a little piece of paradise on earth . Probably as good as it gets . We loved every day there .
