The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
