Monthly Rentals in Schwaz

Very straightforward and friendly contact! All as described & very clean. We were allowed to bring our dog and this worked out smoothly. Very central location. Parking was right outside. Only the bed was a little hard! However, this is a personal feeling. I can recommend the property with a clear conscience!

We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

The house was perfect. Clean and pleasant to the eyes inside and out. Peaceful place in Schwaz, perfect for taking a stroll in the neighborhood, enjoying the view. We enjoyed visiting Schwazer Silberwald Gesundheits- und Heilwald, a forest/park 10 mins walk from the house. The hosts, Panradl family, specifically Theo, was very helpful. Giving us clear instruction before our arrival. We would love to come back for our next trip hopefully soon. We recommend there place 100%.

One of the best Airbnb we had. Apartment is very new, modern and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Amazing view from the apartment, specially from kitchen. The host was responsive and proactive. Location is beautiful and quiet. All major spots are nearby. We were 6 people and so glad that we stayed here for 3 nights. Would love to visit again.
