Debbie was a super welcoming host. Super reactive and flexible, she answered quickly when we sent her messages the day before our arrival to coordinate, and shared good recommendations of what to do in town and in the surroundings. We had lots of privacy in the room. It’s perfect for anyone who does not need access to a kitchen (we did not need it), and she provided fruits and snacks which helped us get a bit of fuel in the morning while we looked for a place to grab breakfast. We liked the tranquility of being removed from the middle of the town (we could hear the sheep in the evening with a beautiful sunset - quite a view!). She has multiple animals (as clearly described in her posting) but they were all super lovely and did not disturb us at all. I’m allergic to both cats and dogs and did not feel any allergies while being there which is a testimony of how clean the room was! Thanks so much Debbie, it was lovely to meet you and we hope our paths cross again!

Peter is a lovely host , he welcomed us and bought us bread, milk , eggs and bananas and cookies! Very nice of him. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Had a very good stay here while in the area for work. The accommodation was clean and spacious as well as being in a peaceful setting 5 mins srive out from the town of Castleisland. Jack had left fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and also graciously topped this up for me mid stay. Jack greeted me on arrival and checked in during the week to ensure everything was OK. I would definitely stay again.

The host John was so friendly and helpful. He met us when we arrived and showed us around. The place was so inviting and clean. There was even a couple loaves of homemade bread to welcome us. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was my family’s favorite by far. There was plenty of space for us to spread out (family of 6). My younger children even played with John’s kids, jumping on the trampoline and swing set. We drove the ring of Kerry and it was easy to do so from this location. There was easy parking in front of the house (off the street). I would highly recommend John’s place. It was a great find in Ireland.
